    Sorry we can't. Have you tried the Troubleshooting page via the Help Menu?

    If that does not work email support@spoilertv.com and I'm sure they can find out why your computer is not working properly.

    I use the phone to see the videos nowadays try it on. They don't load on the computer but on the phone they work.

    Yeah, it doesn't work for me either. I click on the arrow in the middle and nothing happens, the controls blank out and zip, it just doesn't load.
