Curious as to who could be leaving the Brooklyn Nine Nine precinct in the season finale. And Jake and Amy getting closer has my interest. I kind of enjoyed the friendship vibe and return to normalcy this season between the two so not sure if I am totally nuts about them going back to their romantic feelings. But at the same time I do think they are kind of cute together in their awkward, funny way. Just please Brooklyn Nine Nine learn from New Girl and be cautious about hooking up couples. The whole Nick and Jess together fiasco fell flat pretty quick. If you are going the romantic root with Jake and Amy for real be cautious writers it can become boring quick when not done right.

ReplyDeleteThe writing was at fault with New Girl. Jake and Zooey have amazing chemistry as Nick and Jess. And ever since the writers randomly broke them up, there is zero buzz for New Girl and ratings went down so much. So I'd say Nick/Jess together brought in higher ratings and more interest....but the writing fell apart. I'm looking forward to Jake and Amy getting together. I love their chemistry.
