Arrow :(
ReplyDeleteAt least SPN didn't adjust down,so that's something.Arrow should've got 1.0 for this insane episode!
ReplyDeleteGo The Middle! Finally 2! :)
ReplyDeleteSPN just about hung on to the .7, it actually got a 0.65
ReplyDeleteDamn. Was hoping Arrow would adjust up. Not that a .9 is bad, it's still doing better than last year and is the second highest rated show on the network by a good margin, but I miss the 1.0-1.2s. Hopefully next week will bump up a little again.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Too close for comfort. But I'll take it.
ReplyDeleteAbout time The Middle hit 2s again! Yay :D
ReplyDeleteWhat was the exact number for Arrow, if you don't mind me asking?
ReplyDelete0.91
ReplyDeleteHere are the seasonal Arrow averages so far
ReplyDeletehttp://stvplus.com/show/245/Arrow#seasonavg
Saved by a margin!
ReplyDeleteDo you have exact number for iZombie from yesterday? it would be great
ReplyDeleteI hope Arrow grabs some momentum from this point and raises. I'm just happy it didn't drop to 0,7
ReplyDeleteSorry, I don't
ReplyDeleteThanks anyway :)
ReplyDelete0.80 :)
ReplyDeleteAre you sure? I know about a 0.76 @roman @Perry the platypus 🌈
ReplyDeleteWhy do you hurt me, Arrow? :'(
ReplyDeleteThe episode was amazing and it deserved so much better.
Yaay for the Middle.
Tvseriesfinale has it listed as 0.80
ReplyDeleteThank you. I'm pretty happy with that - it's not particularly close to a 1.0, but at least it didn't have to be rounded up, either.
ReplyDeleteThat's the rounded up/down number.
ReplyDeleteWhy do you do this to me arrow. urg!! I hate when it goes below 1, it actually hurts me to see that!
ReplyDeleteOh it's 0.76 then, Flash 1.425 (According to RJK from spottedratings)
ReplyDeleteHere is a screen shot :)
ReplyDeleteThey post the real two decimal numbers on Mondays next week.
ReplyDeleteArrow finally had an awesome episode (as was the previous one) but sadly it's below 1.0. That was not deserved for this episode (and the previous one).
ReplyDeleteOh okay :) thank you!
ReplyDeleteAh my bad. Thanks
ReplyDeleteNot good. Well at least it's not 0.645. Let's see if it will be able to rise slowly from that dreadful 0.6ish ditch.
ReplyDeleteWhen I look at how many low ratings Arrow had towards the end of s02, I'm quite happy with this.
ReplyDeleteOh, that does not please me, i wanted it to be 0.84 LOL
ReplyDeleteMe too! The preliminary rating was a 0.82, so I was quite shocked to see it drop to 0.76. Hopefully next week. #LivEatACookie (or drink some rotten brain hopefully that's like a cookie.)
ReplyDeleteThe Middle, April 14, 2011: 1.8, 6.14m viewers
ReplyDeleteThe Middle, April 11, 2012: 2.1, 7.06m viewers
The Middle, April 10, 2013: 2.0, 7.55m viewers
The Middle, April 15, 2015: 2.0, 7.52m viewers
Regardless of liking the show or not you have to admit its been steady regardless of viewership declines in TV overall.
Next time you have to worry about ratings for most CW shows is the fall. In fact CW clearly is renewing shows now based on fall ratings, hence that all those early renewals back in January.
ReplyDeleteUgh.. was hoping for that 1.0 for Arrow:(
ReplyDeleteMaybe next week...
I think Arrow will be given its fifth season but that'll be the end of it. And I think Supernatural will end next season.
ReplyDeleteBest bets when I'm sure The CW only wants their shows to get over 1.0 in that specific demo.
You seriously think in 2 years the CW will cancel every show below a 1.0? They'll only have one show probably then and who knows if The Flash will still be above a 1.0 by then.
ReplyDeleteCmon Arrow. You are breaking my heart.
ReplyDeleteWhat made you assume such just because of my statements regarding only TWO shows?
ReplyDeleteThe CW do want all of their shows to get 1.0 or higher, but this is just common sense, really. Arrow is having trouble hitting that specific demo and it makes all sense to give Arrow those full five seasons which details ten years of Oliver Queen's life and SPN is hitting that final lap and has been for a while.
TV Media Insights is reporting that SPN adjusted down to a 0.6. Ugh. Must have been a 0.645 or something (rounded to a 0.65, but not 0.7).
ReplyDeletePoor CW. I'm not a fan of Supernatural, but it would've been nice if it had kept that 0.7 .
ReplyDeleteAccording to TVBTN Both the broadcast and cable ratings are delayed until tomorrow morning due to a Nielsen processing issue. So these ratings are not good.
ReplyDeleteI think tvbythenumbers is mistaken because even TV Media Insights has them.
ReplyDeleteMarc berman has posted the numbers-SPN got 0.6 in demo & 1.757 mil viewership.
ReplyDeleteCW won't renounce of its second highest rated show.
ReplyDeleteHe has rounded down instead of up
ReplyDeleteNo, just the cable ratings are delayed
ReplyDeleteTVBTN has 0.6 for SPN and 0.8 for Arrow.
ReplyDeleteThey are wrong I believe. It got 0.65 which round up.
ReplyDeleteYou can see the raw table here

Raw Nielsen stats are here

That is insane, yeah. The show has grown so much!
ReplyDeleteIt's probably a 0.648 or something like that. While that is still a 0.65, you do not get to round down twice, so it becomes a 0.6 (as is technically lower than the half point it would require to round up). Its irrelevant for the show's actual performance if it is a 0.6478 or a 0.651 obviously but in terms of numbers, the 0.6 is probably the one since what is being reported elsewhere. Just my guess.
ReplyDeleteI doubt Arrow will end in 2 seasons...
ReplyDeleteI really hope TVD and SPN stay at 0.7 and higher the rest of the season....
ReplyDeleteThey are wrong. Arrow's rating was 0.91. How do they get 0.8 from an 0.91? Which makes them wrong about Supernatural too.
ReplyDeleteOr it is actually 0.65x
ReplyDeleteso it did not do good all over my facebook said the ratings went up well I guess there Lying too them self.
