Fear the Walking Dead is adding another series regular: Orange is the New Black actress Elizabeth Rodriguez has joined the Walking Dead companion series, EW has learned exclusively.
The actress plays Daya鈥檚 mother Aleida Diaz on the Netflix series and had an arc on NBC鈥檚 Grimm last year as Agent Chavez. In Fear the Walking Dead, she鈥檚 been cast in a mysterious role that sources are keeping quiet about. But given the timing of the casting, it鈥檚 safe to assume Rodriguez joins the show after the first episode, since the pilot has already been shot.
