I hope this (and the other Marvel series) is one of Netflix's most popular show yet. (I do not like House of Cards and I'd be so thrilled to see something take the spotlight away.) Hopefully this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship between Netflix and Marvel/Disney.
the promo is amazing and i can't wait but the city needs to die before it can be reborn? really? do all 'bad' guys come pre-programed with that? what happened to open some clinics, and some schools, and offer people jobs...and let the city save itself?
Like most (all?) Netflix shows, expect tons of blood, violence, swearing and sex/nudity. It doesn't have nearly as many restrictions on content as broadcast networks.
Let's put it this way: The "clean" stuff is shown at the family friendly ABC, the movies are kept PG-13 to reach an audience as broad as possible, but the Netflix stuff is specifically for those who want a little bit more than that. The Defenders are more violent either way.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Cannot wait till Friday!! The promotional department is doing an absolute excellent job. So excited :)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait.
ReplyDeleteAll these excellent promos have gotten me hyped up to the max. Waiting impatiently for the season to drop in on April 10.

ReplyDeleteI don't like Charlie as Matt/Daredevil in these promos, but perhaps the series itself can change my mind.

ReplyDeleteWell according to early reviews the series itself is fantastic. I might watch. I'm just not a huge Marvel guy.
ReplyDeleteStill think it's amazing. I'll definitely be watching this :)

ReplyDeleteWhy is it rated MA?

ReplyDeleteBest promos yet! Well the ones with the most information anyway.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the noir vibe!!
I just thought since it was Marvel it wouldn't involve anything that bad other than the violence and the occasional cussing.
