ReplyDeleteYou really believe that the average viewer of network TV actually cares what the critics say about any TV show? Especially viewers deciding to watch a show like Stalker? Also the show premiered to a respectable 2.0 demo/9.1 million viewers, which is not horrible for a 10pm show. Week 2 roughly 800k people decided not to watch. Maybe there was an unfair backlash to the violence in the pilot episode but part of that is on Kevin Williamson and his inability to give a remotely intelligent answer about the content of his shows, The Following and Stalker.
