give him 1 or 2 seasons. While elena was always a special snowflake she was a relateable lead in the early seasons who actually had a character. So just wait Julie will destroy him too. I used to love him but now I want to smash his head against a wall.
I get that Klaus' concern for his child's welfare is making him crazy paranoid (and just crazy) but he is really laying it on thick. He's seriously at the point where he will start to do his daughter and his family much more harm than good. Freya needs to give him a timeout.
I was being facetious. And I didn't call his performance masterful, I said he's working hard because he has to memorize a f*ckload of lines compared to every other cast member. Because every other cast member plays a character that speaks normally, not in speeches.
Well I agree that he's indeed forced to memorize quite a lot, however I'm afraid that he's being pushed a little too much in his role. The thing is...Klaus is not a character you can play for too long before breaking down exhausted. There's only so much you can do with the guy.
I'm a devout DG fanatic but even I'll have to admit that the guy is given easier material than JoMo
It'll be interesting to see what they'll do next season given that they got Gillies back fulltime.
Arrogance, paranoia, narcissism combined with control issues. Plus it's TVD/TO no lead except Elijah and Marcel and maybe Stefan has at this point tact.
At least its not a peak with the wolves. This is a long hiatus. Looks interesting it looks like Klaus is not trusting her. Klaus is going back to his old self. I cant blame him for not fully trusting her. I like Fraya but I dont know if I fully trust her. Hopefully she does not turn on them. The person I still dont trust is Jackson. Some people think that Marcel will die he better not. Get rid of Jackson if they have to. Her story was so sad.
Klaus will continue to push Freya until she proves herself to him. Personally I think thats fair, the stakes are pretty high and if he were to trust possibly the second most powerful witch on earth and she betrayed him he and the the Mikelsons would be damaged beyond repair.
Did you hear anything about Daniel Gillies leaving. There was a rumor he wants to do movies. But he is the main actors I dont see him quiting if he is not on there than I dont know if I will continue, He did not say it was a rumor. Cami and Klaus more scenes
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
All new: "The Pretentious Ramblings of Niklaus Mikaelson"
ReplyDeletekinda hoping Freya skins him alive on the spot after saying this...whata douche (lovable but annoying)
Its like the writers want him to outdo elena gilbert as the most annoying lead
ReplyDeletewell, I still like Klaus unlike Elena who's just annoying as hell.
ReplyDeleteHowever yeah, Klaus is absolutely annoying me these days
Things you wish to hear only on tv: Tell me, have you ever been skinned alive?
ReplyDeletegive him 1 or 2 seasons. While elena was always a special snowflake she was a relateable lead in the early seasons who actually had a character. So just wait Julie will destroy him too. I used to love him but now I want to smash his head against a wall.
ReplyDeleteAnd...Klaus is back to screeching....(lozenges needed)
ReplyDeleteI don't even know what to say about this clip. It got me annoyed pretty quickly.
ReplyDeleteKlaus is a grade A prick but a very likeable prick.
ReplyDeleteI would agree, he's REALLY stretching it for me though...
ReplyDeleteShe was relatable. Klaus never was, in fact he was the absolute douchebag in his early days.
ReplyDeleteBut the problem with Klaus is that I can't take JoMos overacting speeches too much, in little doses? Fine. But not 5 times each episode ;)
this does not return next week
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you man.
ReplyDeleteYou gotta respect the fact JoMo's working hard for his money, has to deliver master thesis length replies to every 5-words line said to him.
ReplyDeleteI get that Klaus' concern for his child's welfare is making him crazy paranoid (and just crazy) but he is really laying it on thick. He's seriously at the point where he will start to do his daughter and his family much more harm than good. Freya needs to give him a timeout.
ReplyDeleteIt's not master work if you overact every single scene. You deliver a more relatable and even better performance if you act more nuanced.
ReplyDeleteOveracting is easy, finding the balance is what's hard.
I was being facetious. And I didn't call his performance masterful, I said he's working hard because he has to memorize a f*ckload of lines compared to every other cast member. Because every other cast member plays a character that speaks normally, not in speeches.

I never found Elena to be releatable. I found Bonnie & Caroline to be more releatable even back in the first two seasons.
ReplyDeleteHe's not even close. Elena is so awful it hurts. Her entire existence is basically Damon this and Damon that by now.
ReplyDeleteArrogance, paranoia, narcissism combined with control issues. Plus it's TVD/TO no lead except Elijah and Marcel and maybe Stefan has at this point tact.
ReplyDeleteI usually like the monologues but his near constant rage ones are getting gratuitous.
ReplyDeleteCome to think of it, it's weird that someone like Klaus hasn't suffered some sort of breakdown already.
ReplyDeletedamn I didn't realize how much I like this show until this break
ReplyDeletecan't wait for it to come back
at the rate his paranoia is growing I think the gold dagger is going to come into play very soon
ReplyDeleteOh, come on, Niklause, have a little tact, play nice!
ReplyDeleteKlaus's new haircut is horrible!
ReplyDeleteJust saying....
That being said, Freya is being rather coy with her witchie talents.
I hope that Freya will kick Klaus's behind!
ReplyDeleteNik you need a new spiel...
ReplyDelete52 years, 4 months and 9 days of shear never ending torture.
ReplyDeleteThat was because of the curse not the stuff he's done and seen.

ReplyDeleteYes I am so Happy Daniel GIllies is back full time he is my fav
ReplyDeleteWhat do you mean
ReplyDeleteIts not returning next week...Is it now.? Are we getting it early?
ReplyDeleteKlaus will continue to push Freya until she proves herself to him. Personally I think thats fair, the stakes are pretty high and if he were to trust possibly the second most powerful witch on earth and she betrayed him he and the the Mikelsons would be damaged beyond repair.
ReplyDeleteThat is true I think both Elijah and Klaus would be damaged and Haley also.
ReplyDeletewhy? she's untrustworthy
ReplyDeleteyep pretty much
ReplyDeletethat's good even though I am a Klaus and Cami fan
