  1. "Lisa, Flash. Flash, Lisa" haha I can't wait
    I can't look at Wells :(

  2. I am so glad Peyton gets to play a negative character. Her role in TTP was too bland for my taste. She looks beautiful here. That introduction will never get old. Looks like the new time line is not that better from the old except for the death ans Tsunami.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Wells is not at the Malcolm Merlyn level right? He is more Slade than Malcolm right now for me.

    ReplyDelete
  4. He's becoming the Flash's Malcolm for me. He thought of Cisco as a son but that didn't stop him from killing him. Not to mention that he wanted to kill young Barry and didn't feel guilty about killing Nora.

    ReplyDelete
  5. IKR? I must've heard it like 5 times now and it still makes me laugh so much haha
She is not convincing as a goody goody character. That's why she wasn't that bad in Smallville but in TTP she was a bore.

    ReplyDelete
  6. She has the height and looks of a fire cracker. Also Robbie looked really young against her character in TTP. Which made their relationship a bit uncomfortable there. I think it was the height that was the problem. I am really excited for her. She is so crazy excited by all that gun shots and explosions.

That introduction is just hilarious and Peyton's expressions there. lol.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Still we don't know his reasons to kill young Barry in the first place. Why would a 25th century man want to kill a person so ancient? I need more information before condemning him. What happened to this guy? Is his mission to prevent a global catastrophe in the future or is it some silly revenge mission to prevent some future grandson of Barry from being born and become his nemesis? I need details.

    ReplyDelete
  8. That's it??? I wanted more!!! And i'd take Peyton over Dom anyday. He kinda bugged me. And i wasn't a fan of PB so idgas. lol

    ReplyDelete
  9. hahahahaha I knew you'd get excited over that.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Really? OK tell me one good reason that would justify killing a child who would become a hero one day?? And why not kill the grandson? Why Barry? His reasons felt very personal/selfish for me. He didn’t even blink when he killed Cisco!!

    ReplyDelete
  11. :D :D it's so freaking hilarious haha

    ReplyDelete
  12. "Lisa" "Flash", "Flash" "Lisa" IN LOVE WITH THAT LMAO

    ReplyDelete
  13. Literally everyone loves that line haha

    ReplyDelete
  14. If there is no specific reason why come this far to kill someone? I am not saying Wells is some good guy. With the name Eobard Thawne any hope for that is gone. I think it all happens because of the crisis event shown on papers. But what why? No idea. He is evil of course. The question is how evil? Anti hero level evil or selfish world domination level evil? Deadshot/Slade Wilson type or Malcolm Merlyn/Ra's Al Ghul type?

    ReplyDelete
  15. I hated that relationship too but I rooted for them because I loved John and Astrid haha
It's going to be a fun episode and we really need it after the last one.

    ReplyDelete
  16. actually i saw pure GRIEF when he did it. Do Speedsters age slower? which could make sense to why he would want Barry dead, but the dude's from the 25th Century wouldn't Barry be long gone by then

    ReplyDelete
  17. yeah that's the question isn't? just HOW evil is Zoom, plus you name a kid EOBARD and he'll definitely be evil LOL

    ReplyDelete
  18. how could yo not? right?! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  19. Really? I mean he really meant it when he said he thought of him as a son but I didn't get any sadness from him.
I know it's weird we need MORE info.

    ReplyDelete
  20. it';s nor weird we just found out who he really is, now we need reasons and definitely a flashback, flashforward? LOL to Zoom's time

    ReplyDelete
  21. Time will tell (see what I did there? Lol)

    ReplyDelete
  22. It's weird that someone from the 25th century would come all this way back to kill someone! That's why we need the info lol

    ReplyDelete
  23. are the Rogues dangerous enough to be put in the Pipeline? or is it only for metahumans?

    ReplyDelete
  24. They were going to normal prison before and they escaped so I think they're going to the pipeline this time.

    ReplyDelete
  25. not unless he has a serious beef with Barry, he didn't anticipate getting stuck in this era

    ReplyDelete
  26. BTW how evil is Zoom/Eobard in comics?

    ReplyDelete
  27. How would he have a beef with Barry four centuries from now??? Unless Barry goes to the future?

    ReplyDelete
  28. well basically he's Slade, Merlyn and Ra's Al Ghul all rolled into one

    ReplyDelete
  29. Maybe Barry accidentally runs to 25th century and becomes the reason for the death of his wife. Usually heroes are the ones who accidentally makes their nemesis. aka Slade Wilson.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Awesome a mega villain lol

    ReplyDelete
  31. Ouch. That is one explosive description lol.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Yeah it's a superhero rule.

    ReplyDelete
  33. wouldn't surprise me, or maybe Speedsters age slower to a basically immortal length

    ReplyDelete
  34. Me too. It was bit weird because John and Astrid had quite a bit of age difference. But I really liked them. Also by the end of the season Cara/Stephen pairing became much more tolerable. They should have given one more season for TTP.

    ReplyDelete
  35. I heard that they age faster aging slowly would be a twist.

    ReplyDelete
  36. oh well that sucks LOL, i thought it'd be a Superman aging thing

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yeah they should've but we have Ronnie now so YAY :D

    ReplyDelete
  38. do we? Robbie wasn't on the listing for the new spin-off

    ReplyDelete
  39. And God willing he won't be. I was talking about him being Ronnie on the Flash. I'm hoping he'll be a series regular next season.

    ReplyDelete
  40. From what I have read only Bart Allen age fast. Not other speedsters. Bart is Barry's grandson and his mother is a Thawne.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Did you see Luke's photos on AoS? He looks fine. I am really excited to see him there.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Oh yes I did. He looks more than fine. Happy to have him back. That man has chemistry with the walls.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I had high hopes for him to come as a love interest for Felicity on Arrow or as any character on Arrow. Well I will accept him as the hottest inhuman ever.

    ReplyDelete
  44. a good Speedster is related to a THAWNE?! how's that even possible?! and oh ok so i wonder why Zoom wants Barry dead

    ReplyDelete
  45. I'm glad he didn't, wouldn't want to do that to my Olicity heart lol

    ReplyDelete
  46. I've watched that clip 100 times when WM says 'Lisa Flash, Flash Lisa' too funny!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  47. But then it would have been actual competition. You guys got it easy with BR.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Fun fact, BR is EXACTLY my type. Tall, dark and handsome and yet I don't find him attractive at all and I hate the character with fiery passion. In fact I don't really like blondes with blue eyes, Stephen might be the only exception. The whole thing is not what it's supposed to be lol

    ReplyDelete
  49. I'll never get bored from hearing it haha

    ReplyDelete
  50. I love brunette men too. SA and Luke Mitchell are among the very few blonde men that I like. The problem I have with BR is same as I had with Brett Dalton who played Grant Ward in AoS. Somehow I feel both these men are not comfortable in their skins. There is something about them which makes me feel they are acting instead of connecting with the character. I have same issue with Katie Cassidy too. I started loving Brett more once Ward turned evil and he grew a beard.

    ReplyDelete
  51. okay i'm sorry no offense but but do you just hate every new addition to a show?

    ReplyDelete
  52. not evil, more neutral-good, you like the beard? huh i thought girls hated the beard

    ReplyDelete
  53. I am always on the fence about Ward. He is complicated.

I don't like beard on my man. I nag my husband until he is clean shaven. But the beard gave Brett Dalton some character. His screen presence somehow tripled. I was sad to see it go.

    ReplyDelete
  54. I don't quite see Wells as a sociopath in the same vain as Malcolm. But the differences are subtle. But I don't think he's there.

    ReplyDelete
  55. ohhhh! ok my bad, although why AREN'T you watching it? don't tell me: because of Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer?

    ReplyDelete
  56. complicated's better than evil, nice

    ReplyDelete
  57. Well on a moral life, Eobard makes both look good.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Simple. Eobard is that obsessive fanboy who had a psychotic break and became so envious of Barry and his life that he will do anything to make Barry suffer and to become Barry Allen (this is a condescended version but that's the comic book story of Thawne- he's a batshit crazy psychopath who literally caused the apocalypse- or more article made Barry do it just so he could kill him by making him a paradox).

    ReplyDelete
  59. No Eobard is none of those men. Think of him as Barry's Joker. Both in terms of being the greatest enemy of Barry and of being his opposite. For example Barry sucks ass at time travel (or as Zoom puts it he time travels like an amateur) whereas Eobard is a master at it able to hurt anyone or do anything in use the right way to benefit himself. Eobard Thawne makes Merlyn, Slade and Ra's look like Barry Allen. He's so evil he'll have millions killed just to hurt Barry.

    ReplyDelete
  60. He's worse. More like the Joker without the enjoying the dance of hero vs. villain and more wanting to kill the hero all the time.

    ReplyDelete
  61. They age slower. Only Bart aged faster.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Well you're right about that, he's far worse than Merlyn. Merlyn as awful as he is clearly cared about Tommy and Rebecca, and Thea to some extent. Eobard may care about Cisco and the team (well except Barry he hates Barry), but he'll kill them without hesitation if it suits his purpose. Not even Merlyn is that low.

    ReplyDelete
  63. Yes. The Speed Force gives them and loved ones slowed aging. Basically Barry gets a Flash Museum in Central City. Eobard having been born in a awful boring future works there and is captivated by Barry's adventures and basically unlocks the Speed Force and duplicates Barry's powers travels back in time goes completely insane thinks he's Barry and eventually comes to hate him after several defeats and dons the Reverse Flash mantle for revenge. But yeah Barry's dead. Funny story though Barry spent time in the 30th century, it's why Bart is only his grandson.

    ReplyDelete
  65. In short the guy is bat shit crazy. Good to know.

    ReplyDelete
  66. I thought Gideon the AI is made based on his future wife. Maybe not.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Yeah. I do hope the show doesn't tone it down though. I do love me some Professor Zoom. I actually hope at some point they use the particle accelerator to disconnect him from the Negative Speed Force and use him as a Hannibal Lector type character but with his future knowledge to beat villains even.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I'd like that. It depends on how far they go with him. If they characterize him like his comics self- she'd be like a woman he was attracted to and tormented for not loving him back type thing. But if they do intend on akin him more human or at least less ultra psychopathic- I could see it. But I hope that Barry had no direct connection to it, that Eobard either blames him or that a future Eobard did it to better make himself focus or something like that.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Okay okay. STOP IT. No need to twist the knife anymore. Why do all the guys I love has to turn out bat shit crazy? What does that say about me? Is it a pattern? LOL

I am really excited how much of comic book Eobard's madness will they really bring into this show. From what you said there really is no trigger for Eobard to turn evil except petty jealousy. Malcolm and Slade at least had some reason how much ever skewed they were.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Now I really understand why they say "ignorance is bliss".

    ReplyDelete
  71. Complicated is the best word for him. I don't ever wish for his death unlike Merlyn. But I don't want him to be completely redeemed either. If redemption happens it needs to take several years. And most important I don't want Skye Ward to happen ever. But other than that I really enjoy his character.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Well that's the thing about Thawne. In the comics, he's basically characterized as going nuts because he travelled back to Barry's time and found out he'd become Professor Zoom. It's weird that way as his backstory is riddled with time travel stuff like that and all these revisions done by a future version of the character. Basically he's motivated by jealousy, and weird twisted sense of revenge and insanity.

    ReplyDelete
  73. So he basically becomes a villain because he travels back in time and learns about his future bad self. That's messed up.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Honestly if its about the wife even I don't want Barry to have any direct connection to it. Don't want another Slade Wilson repeat.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Did they do that in comics? That would be so cool. They will have to work with him even when they don't want to. But only if they put him in a cage. Like Slade Wilson and Oliver, I can't see Barry and Eobard working together too much. He killed Barry's mom.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Slow enough to live for centuries?

    ReplyDelete
  77. Yeah it is. That's how much that character disturbs me.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Well you'll be happy to know Bart has an evil clone. His own Reverse Flash. And Eobard really doesn't like Bart.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Well Jay Garrick (first Flash) is around 120 I believe, but he looks like he's 60. It's never been fully shown, but my best guess would be lifespan of a few centuries, not much more. Could be greater if one's connection to the Speed Force is better. Like Wally would probably live a couple centuries before his speed and connection diminishes and he dies.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Well they stopped it. And kept him immobile so he had no power so to speak. Yeah Barry wouldn't. But it'd be cool to watch.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Yeah. It's gotta suck knowing you'll be your hero's worst villain. On the plus side you get to meet your hero.

    ReplyDelete
  82. WOW!!!!!! But it would suck to outlive all your loved ones.

    ReplyDelete
  83. That's the cool thing the Speed Force can be gifted so to speak in regards to aging to loved ones as long they're in close prolixity. And speedsters can actually (well Wally could) lend speed to others.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Really? That's so cool! What does the speedforce look like?

    ReplyDelete
  85. geez do ALL Thawnes hate the Allen Speedsters?

    ReplyDelete
  86. i'm really hoping now that they revealed that he's Eobard Thawne, that they start calling him by his official name: Professor Zoom, instead of the generic Reverse Flash

    ReplyDelete
  87. nice, but i'm a Skyeward shipper so i DO want his redemption and with Skye

    ReplyDelete
  88. I was talking metaphorically.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Yeah they've had a feud since Barry and his half-brother Malcolm. Who I believe Eddie will replace in starting that feud.

    ReplyDelete
  90. From the glimpse seen in Flash:Rebirth it's like this reddish dimension with lightning.

    ReplyDelete
  91. I know. I was just joking or at least tried to in order to lighten the mood.

    ReplyDelete
  92. I don't think I'm ready to joke about it yet :'(

    ReplyDelete
  93. Yeah if the child was Hitler, would you go back and kill him? Not saying Barry is Hitler, but something had to have happened to cause Dr. Wells to come back and need to kill Barry as a child

    ReplyDelete
  94. Even if he was Hitler. I just can't imagine killing a child. I'm sure when he was 11 he wasn't a tyrant then.

    ReplyDelete
  95. huh a superhero, supervillain fued, that's pretty cool, Who started it and why?

    ReplyDelete
  96. whoa that's messed up but shouldn't he WANT to change it?

    ReplyDelete
  97. God i will NEVER get that

    ReplyDelete
  98. The thing is he kinda went nuts and started believing he was Barry. And in his psychotic delusions started attacking Central City so Wally West (who was filling in for a dead Barry) with the aid of Jay Garrick defeated him and sent him back through time. And once Eobard realized who he was he donned the reverse of Barry's colours and began his revenge still against Barry. All with the goal of ruining his life and taking his place. There's a lot more but that might be too much spoilers and it would take a while to explain it all.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Eobard. But Barry escalated it so to speak. (Not intentionally but to save his fiancée). And it got worse and worse. If you want I can give specifics but spoilers.

    ReplyDelete
  100. I have a feeling they'll escape... The spin-off and what not.

    ReplyDelete
  101. Yeah I think Oliver might kill him at some point. Nah. He's Oliver's nemesis and archs never die.

    ReplyDelete
  102. So Barry turned him into the Captain Cold from the comics. Bravo.

    ReplyDelete
  103. You know already that he gased babies and women and children and men alive; WAS responsible for MILLIONS of Jews dying. He almost eradicated them. AND YOU STILL Hesitate going back in time and killing HITLER

    ReplyDelete
  104. Just because he was a monster we have to be like him? You can go back to when he's an adult before he does all these things. You can even paralyze him before he does all these things. I'll never be ok with killing a child no matter who he grows up to be.

    ReplyDelete
  105. And by the way did Wells say he was trying to Kill young Barry or Adult Barry? Because I am guessing this is based on the Flash point paradox. Austin Green already said Wells motives are not black and white. It will blow our minds. I am thinking Barry did save his mom and it changed the future. If wells kills young Barry, Wells will never become the Reverse Flash. I think Wells went back in time at the moment right before Barry saved his mom from being killed. I think Barry is supposed to save the world from being destroyed. Wells I am pretty sure likes his superpowers and they will never come to be, if Barry is not the Flash. I think with Wells reading the newspaper indicates just that. WElls is from what 2200 A.D. some time like that. With his time traveling he meets Barry in 2024 and somehow he screws up the timeline and Barry in 2024 inclines to go back in time to stop his mom's death. I think Barry is successful and it alters the future drastically. Wells has to go back and stop Barry from interfering with his mom's death. I think this is the Flash Point Paradox. Wells was trying to kill Adult Barry not young Barry. It makes no sense if young Barry dies. Wells won't become the Reverse Flash in the future.

    ReplyDelete
  106. It is not becoming a monster to stop the future evil things he does. Of course no one would want to travel back in time and kill him as an child. BUT THE Question is if you traveled back in time and by no control of your own, you go back to him as child. I am guessing you would not take the opportunity to stop the future killings of all the Jewish people? say you only had 15 minutes to stay in the past. ANd then the time traveling abilities will cease to be forever, would end Hitler's life as a 10 year old? Yes or no?

    ReplyDelete
  107. He was trying to kill young Barry but adult Barry interfered and saved himself and Nora sacrificed her life to save her son. Wells said it "it was never my intention to kill Nora I was there to kill Barry". The whole thing doesn't make sense.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Seriously I can't decide, this is a horrible choice. This might be a valid point but I'm not a violent person and I can't imagine killing anyone let alone a child. Like I said why not paralyze him? Why do I have to resort to killing? It will have the same effect. He won't do anything in the future.

    ReplyDelete
  109. I didn't hear him say he was there to kill young Barry. He said Barry. And Barry went back in time to stop his mother's death. It is just like the Flashpoint Paradox. I think he went back in time to stop Barry. Barry's blood was on the wall. Barry is missing. Wells is stuck in past. Wells I think was fascinated with Barry. Which is why he traveled back 200 years to meet him. BUT with his time travel he caused a ripple in the time line and it resulted in Barry going back from 2024 to the night his mother was killed to stop it from happening. ANd because of that it caused all sorts of ripples that are mindblowing. I think Wells went back to stop Barry from saving his mom. Because Wells killing a young Barry will mean WElls will never become the Flash. He went back to Kill Adult Barry. Adult Barry's Blood is on the walls and he is missing still from the from 2024.

    ReplyDelete
  110. I wrote the exact quote from the episode.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Why would he kill adult Barry there? Why not kill him right now?

    ReplyDelete
  112. I looked up the episode. He says he was there to kill Barry. He never said it the young Barry. He said he was there to Kill Barry. IT was already established that adult Barry was there along with Reverse Flash. WElls told Cisco he was there to kill BARRY. He didn't say young Barry. It makes sense because WElls would never become the Reverse Flash if a young Barry dies. He was there to kill Adult Barry as he was interfering with his mother's death.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Because he told Cisco he pretty much needs Barry to help him get back to his time, therefore he needs to train Barry to go faster. And with Barry wanting to go back and change the moment that his mom died, Wells decided to go back and end Barry's life right at the moment Barry stop his mother from dying. This would ensure Barry would not attempt to do it again. WElls keeps checking the 2024 newspaper it states Barry is still missing. Barry's blood was on the walls. Barry from 2024 could be dead already which explains why he is missing. OR he could be stuck in some other timeline alternate future.

    ReplyDelete
  114. So he WAS there to kill young Barry and he needed adult Barry's powers to go there!

    ReplyDelete
  115. He went to kill adult Barry, I think to prevent him from attempting to do the same thing again which to save Nora's life. ANd he can't kill Barry now, because he needs Barry to help get back to his time, which is like 200 years into the future. Barry is missing from 2024, as Wells keeps checking the newspaper. Barry's blood is on the walls. Also based on reading the newspaper something drastic is happening in 2024. I can't help but think Barry as the Flash is supposed to save the world. With Barry going back and saving Nora just like the Flashpoint Paradox, are you familiar with that story from DC? Barry does save his mom and EVERYTHING changes. It is bad. Flash has to go back in time and let his mother die. Batman helps him. At least Bryce Wayne's dad helps him as Bryce Wayne dies as child. All kinds of crazy world battles happens with Nora not dying. And Flash realizes his mom had to die.

    ReplyDelete
  116. I'm getting a headache :'(

    ReplyDelete
  117. It is confusing, but It looks like the Flashpoint Paradox. Just look it up on DC database. Good stuff there.

    ReplyDelete
  118. It will be sad, but Barry is gonna eventually come to peace and realize his mom had to die. Sad, it will be heartbreaking. But eventually Flash does accept that.

    ReplyDelete
  119. I do sometimes but there are a lot of information there and because I don't read comics I get lost between all the names and timelines.

    ReplyDelete
  120. Yeah I knew he will come to that realization in the big confrontation and he will have to choose between saving Nora or saving himself so he would grow up to become the hero he's meant to be. It will be gut wrenching.

    ReplyDelete
  121. No I don't think it is gonna about saving himself vs. his mom.I am pretty sure Barry would choose his mom in that scenario. It is gonna be about saving hundreds, possibly thousands of other lives VS. saving his mom.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Yeah that's what I meant. He'll save himself to become a hero and save people.
