Thanks to Tyler for the heads up.
Orny Adams appeared at the Burbank Teen Wolf convention Days of the Wolf, and one of his first announcements was that he won’t be appearing in season 5. Hypable staff writer Tariq Kyle is in attendance.
It’s not as though the creators of Teen Wolf didn’t want Adams back; his schedule just didn’t allow for him to return. He says that he had events in his schedule which couldn’t be cancelled, and he had to make a decision whether or not to commit to Teen Wolf. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to return.
So @Ornyadams just announced as of now he's not a part of @MTVteenwolf season 5! His schedule didn't work. :( #daysofthewolf ðŸ˜

Aw. I'm happy he has another job but also sad because I love Finstock.
ReplyDeleteNO NO NO. :(
ReplyDeletenot a major thing, though he is one of those characters on a show that be odd to see him gone.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I'm really concerned for this season. Orny bought light into the show. I'll miss him. And although nothing is official yet, I'm starting to think that Tyler Hoechlin won't be back either (or if he is, in very limited capacity). Holland said a few months ago that one main cast member won't be back. They've been filming for over a month now and there's still no evidence of Tyler being on set. Looking at all the actors convention schedules, he is pretty busy - including 2 & 1/2 weeks in Australia next month.
ReplyDeletebummer!!!!! wailing.
ReplyDeleteWell guys... Wich is the best way to kill a Teen Wolf producer, buty the body and not going to prison? Man, i loved the coach! :S
ReplyDeleteI'd die if this is true.
ReplyDeleteWell, there's my sollution: bring back Death Valley, cancel Teen Wolf
ReplyDeleteHa, me too. He's like my favorite character alongside Stiles. And I loved Stiles and Derek's scenes together. So many funny ones.
ReplyDeleteI like Teen Wolf but I feel like the show should start to wrap up in the next season or so. From what I have been seeing including on here some of the cast are leaving from minor characters like Orny (although I will definitely miss him on the show he makes so many scenes fun) to supposedly a main character leaving. And Dylan O'Brien gaining more exposure and possible movie roles. I think MTV needs to start to prepare the for a good send off in the next season or so. Really take the show out with a fun bang and a good resolution for the characters. Have the gang graduate high school and go off to life outside of their hometown.
ReplyDeleteright?!
ReplyDeletedamn that sucks Coach rocks!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNO! Coach!
ReplyDeleteWhy?
ReplyDeleteI loved him as the coach-he was hilarious!
I'm good Mac.
ReplyDeleteSince they're doing split seasons again for Season 5, I'm crossing fingers that Orny will have a cleared schedule in time for 5B. :)
ReplyDelete:( :( :( :(
ReplyDeleteHe's one of the best characters. I do get this sad feeling that the show isn't going to last much longer. As the characters get older, it's kind of going the way of Buffy. If you start a show in high school, how long can you really keep it in high school. I guess we'll see.
ReplyDeleteWait is he officially gone? Or is he gonna be back for season 6??
ReplyDeletebut...but I really want Death Valley back :(
ReplyDeleteOh Man....I will certainly miss him :(
ReplyDeleteCOACH!
ReplyDeleteDarn. First Danny disappears and now Coach. That's frustrating. On the bright side though, maybe this means no lacrosse in season 5 either.
ReplyDeleteNo Derek? Say it isn't so.
ReplyDeleteTyler Hoechlin is definitely back he has already been on set. They also hired a wolf and trainer for the full season for his appearances as a wolf (and cast members are tweeting pics of it because it is adorable).
ReplyDeleteHe has been pushed to the sidelines since the end of 3A, but I think they are going to give him more material. The theme of this season so far (from the brief descriptions we've seen and on-going storylines) is about Scott building his pack and the responsibilities that come with it. Derek will probably play a major role in advising him, since none of the others were ever an alpha.
Also it was confirmed that Holland's words were misinterpreted a few months ago, so do not be so worried about that.
Just for the season. He just couldn't fit time for shooting in his schedule.
ReplyDeleteIt's okay Mac. I really want Chuck back.
