Oh my! Paige grabbing Walter's hand!?! Is this a dream come true?!?!?!?! XD I'm actually glad that the case doesn't look like it's going to have a baddie other than the fire. AMAZING.
I always liked this show because it was an intellectual show but now it seems to pander to the ridiculous and over-the-top. I don't need Grey's-Anatomy-type drama to watch this show - just give me a perplexing case that this team will solve with their wit and intelligence and I'm sold.
I'm probably the only one, but I would trade 10 Paige and Walter moments for 1 great Happy and Toby moment. Especially after the last episode, Walter and Paige thing took a backseat to me. Can't wait to see how Toby and Happy develops, they are extremely cute and funny. CANT' WAIT!!!
I don't think we've been watching the same show. Scorpion has been ridiculously over the top since the pilot. Here's just a small list of the eye-rolling scenarios these people have been caught up in:
- They fixed a commercial airliner by driving under it with a sports car. - An autistic elementary school child was arrested for espionage. - They prevented a nuclear meltdown purposely caused by one of Walter's former associates. - The team was dropped into the middle of nowhere in a foreign country unarmed and with a bag of cash to retrieve a girl from a drug cartel. - Walter, with no training whatsoever, performs almost all the duties of a search and rescue team to save a boy drowning in a rock slide. - The team goes undercover (again with no training) on a cruise ship to retrieve stolen rockets. - Just two weeks ago they were asked to facilitate top secret peace talks between eastern European countries.
How the heck is a downed helicopter in a wildfire any more over the top than any of the examples I listed?
You can keep your insults to yourself and I don't recall mentioning anywhere in my post that I didn't enjoy the show. I was simply offering a more accurate account of the type of show Scorpion is. Not only that, I was actually defending the show. If this is all you have to offer in conversation, please ignore my posts in the future. I would sincerely appreciate it.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Woah that looks so awesome!

Don't like it don't watch. Others do let them be instead of whining like a baby about it.
