Pretty Little Liars - Season 6 - Rumored for only 20 Episodes

We were pointed to this tweet recently of an image one of the Pretty Little Liars writers apparently tweeted (and then removed) last November. Thanks to the fans however, the image has not been lost. The image shows season 6 as having only 20 episodes, 10 in part A and 10 in part B.

Furthermore I. Marlene King recently hinted at this on Instagram as she only mentioned 10 episodes:

Could the 6th season of Pretty Little Liars only have 20 episodes? ABC Family has yet to officially reveal episode counts for seasons 6 and 7.
