Great episode. I really feel for Ian right now; it's easy to see why he leaves with Monica at the end, as he has to listen to his family essentially lay out everything that's wrong with him. I hope they can get him back and support him with all their strength.
Also, Bianca is the best.

It’s understandable that someone would want to get away in the genuine belief that they are only doing everyone a favor. I'm already sad that this season is almost over.
