The episode this week was good on the whole, but the case was a little ridiculous. The world is saved by a runaway taco truck, a salad spinner, and a ferret? Have to love the Toby/Happy moments!!
Lol!! Agreed!! Still a great episode, but the level of nuttiness was blown over the top because of the ferret. Wonder if we will see more of Ferret Bueller in the future
Great episode! I loved the ferret tie in! Snakes and ferrets are natural enemies, and usually the snake wins, but this time, it's the ferret that wins. :) :) :) Loved both the Quintis and Waige moments, and the humor was beautiful. "There's no I in Scorpion....It's a figure of speech!"
Best episode of the season, in my opinion!! :) I love how they are tying in events that are actually happening around the world and adding their own twists to it. :D This is a beautiful show.
I don't think the length of the creatures have anything to do with why they are natural enemies. Ferrets are just one of the many animals snakes like to eat.
AMAZING EPISODE!!!!!!! they really surprised me with the Waige moments and i loved it so much!!!!!! Happy and Toby kissed!!! that's so awesome, i hope we see Ferret Bueller again like Clyde on Elementary. Cabe Gallo what REALLY happened in Baghdad?
One of my new favorite shows. I love the humour and nuttiness and eccentricity of the characters. I love Walter's inhumanness and then his humanness. So refreshing after some of the dark shows on tv! Parts of this episode were a little over the top but it works and the snake/ ferret was funny!
That's why I watch..it's my Monday nice guilty pleasure away from all the dramatic dark shows that are just too prevalent on my TV this year. Give me silly yet enjoyable and I will take it any day of the week.
I don't think it really matters what animal they used for the antidote. LOL. As long as it was effective. The ferrets just happened to be the closest hosts nearby.
Oh, my goodness! I haven't had the chance to watch it yet, but Happy kissed Toby? I have to get out of work to watch this!! Man alive, I'm gonna love this!!!
IT's a bit silly….Sylvester throwing himself overboard to save his friend on a boat…uh not sure that's something the real genius would do. Ferrets, whacking someone off a motorbike by breaking off a fire hydrant…there are silly elements. Even though each case is grounded in a real-life situation, sometimes the writers just go over the top. But, hey still enjoyable to me.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

is it because snakes and ferrets are long creatures?

ReplyDeletesnakes are jerks then, to want to eat cute little ferrets
ReplyDeleteWell that was fun, if a little sillier than usual... but it's par of the course with this show, so I'll stick to the it being fun!
