Awesome episode, so enjoyable. Both fronts so interesting, case was really good, Deeks' story so mysterious. I can't wait to see what is he hiding if he really does hide something. So glad that Hetty said he got their backs, didn't expect anything less.
whatever is going with Deeks will likely be revealed later.......I sure Hetty know he is lying. Someone must be forcing LAPD to investigate into Deeks for some reason
I wish they hadn't killed off his deadbeat father so early. What a wasted opportunity. How many times did we have to suffer through G's no family/super secret past episodes. Same for Sam and his family. Even Kensi got her family related episodes.
Great case, looking forward to Deeks back sorry also. At one point last year or in between seasons they said we would meet Deeks mom. We don't know what happened to her at all, just the the was beaten by his dad and she blames him for it. I Also remember him saying he has never lived more than 2 miles from the home he grew up in, I wonder if he is looking for her or hoping she will come back looking for him.
Awesome, I secretly (or not) hope that this story with Deeks will push him to sign with NCIS ... because I don't want this Internal Affair Inquiries be on something bad !!
I love the episode and why are they invastegating deeks he did not do anything wrong and he is not dangerous and it was interesting to see the partners switch deeks and callen and kansi and Sam
I like this idea! You could be right - this "investigation into Deeks" story arc could very well be the "reason" why he finally becomes an official agent. Deeks backstory does allow this kind of arc - it could very well look suspicious to some how he got so many criminals "saved from jail" during his lawyer days, and how a lawyer suddenly becomes a cop, and then the cop moved to work with agents (is he spying for LAPD at NCIS, Or is he telling all the LAPD secrets to the agency?) It does seem that the secret is related to either a case/cases from his lawyer days, or some cop/agent case. And while Deeks has a dark side, I do believe that he is "innocent" in this, and the whole investigation is "orchestrated". But by the looks of it this season finale is all about Deeks (and Kensi). I have no idea what his secret is. And the one thing i loved about this episode is how Deeks obviously told Kensi. And the Hetty versus Densi thing - both sides keeping secrets from the other. As I suspected from the promos, I loved the partner swap thing. I love the traditional duos, but I always enjoy when they mixed them up now and then. I really enjoyed the Deeks-Callen talk, and the Sam-Kensi talk. I am just surprised that they thought they are folling anyone. Did they seriously believe that they were subtle enough for the team of trained agents that they work with not to know they were together? I guess they wished this to be true hard enough to start believing they are keeping their thing a secret.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
AWESOME😄

ReplyDeleteI wonder if this sets up the season finale. "Nothing will tear us apart." Hmm. That doesn't sound bad at all! ;-)

ReplyDeleteI think there might be something. On the report Nell was reading it mentioned "apparent" death. So maybe he will show up.
