I wouldn't have minded seeing more of a fight between Vane and Flint. Since when did Hornigold grow a set of balls...I'm half surprised Flint didn't cut Honigold down where he sat. Eleanor trying to take Ash from under Vane's nose is rash...I can't wait to see the promo for next week to see if he catches her in the act. If he does I imagine he wouldn't be able to stop himself from beating her. Captain Rackham is a please to watch as always but I'm not sure I liked the underhanded way he attacked the other Captain without announcement. It does and doesn't fit in with his character at the same time. I know he'll do just about anything to get his Captaincy but I just didn't think he'd attack and unarmed man with a knife without warning. And then we have Anne. She is now irredeemable in my eyes. I've never liked her but to murder the prostitute like that shows just how selfish and toxic she is.
Yeah I agree about Anne. Killing the poor innocent prostitute was a step too far. But then again, the only person she cared about sacrificed her for a ship and captaincy.
Eleanor trying to take Abigail from under Vane's nose - if you see next week's promotional pics, one of Eleanor's hands is bandaged and Abigail is still inside that prison with a written letter in her hand. Seems like Vane does thwart Eleanor. Also seems like he will speed up the process of delivering his ransom demand to Peter Ashe, thus the completed letter.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Solid episode. Lots of moving pieces. I was engrossed throughout. Seems like some important story lines are being set up.
