    Four Minutes In = 3 Deaths! OH GOD What an Epic Finale that had me breathless, literally from panicking every time those cruel guards were hurting Abby and Raven :(
    MAYA!!!



    Gotta say every time someone hugs on The 100, theres just so much emotion (Loved Octavia and Bellamy’s hug).


    Oh god! Poor Raven :( Her strength and will power to keep fighting against all odds is such a impressive sight.


    Oh Jaha, “We sacrificed the few to save the many”.


    "Deliverance comes at a cost, I bare it so they don't have to”, What outstanding and profound dialogue, unlike anything on The CW.

    OH MY CLARKE! She was so incredibly badass! But God no, Abby :( DAMN OCTAVIA, you are a boss tonight! "A warrior doesn't worry about what he can't control”, "Slash don't stab and get deep”. Bellamy :) “My sister, my responsibility”.


    Jasper said he loved Maya, thankfully something nice amidst this heart wrenching episode! HELL YA, Octavia boomeranging that guard, such a badass move ;)


    Oh God NO :( MAYA!!! “None of us are innocent”. This is so profound yet heartbreaking. My heart is literally breaking for Jasper.


    Abby and Clarke, “I tried to be the good guy, maybe there are no good guys”, my heart strings.


    Thank god! Suck it Cage, Lincoln cut of your hand, that bas****. Reminded me of Game of Thrones when Jamie’s hand was cut of. Only Cage is deserved.


    Wow! Clarke ‘baring the pain so they don’t have to’, nice transition from what Dante said. Oh NO! “May we meet again” :( Yes to Bellamy saying, “if you need forgiveness, I’ll give it to you”.


    Jaha, what a stylish place, who they hell is “Ally”!
    Time passes differently for me, define real, your vessel is carbon, mine is silicon - Thank you for such profound writing on The CW!

    Holy Mother... what an episode.
    Honestly, it's not as shocking as the first finale, but it is waaay too emotional. Seriously, my heart was racing through the whole episode.

    I agree with Clarke's decision to irradiate level 5. But somehow, this ep left me unsatisfied.

    Cage's end wasn't good enough. But glad it happened. And Dante deserved what he got.

    I was sorry Maya had to go. I liked her. And I felt bad for Jasper.

    I did like that Bellamy and Clarke pulled the switch together. And I was happy that Monty went along with it.

    I was not happy that Clarke just walked away at the end.



    Jaha's story got more interesting. I am curious to see where that goes.



    But all in all, I felt this was a weak finale.

    OMG! What an episode Deliverance comes at cost I bare it so they won't have to just amazing dialogue sad Maya died like her so happy Lincoln got his revenge Clarke telling Abby she tried to be the good guys and Abby saying maybe their aren't any good guys Clarke walking away and saying to Bellamy may we meet again at the end with Jaha what can't wait for season three

    This finale is the reason why The 100 is the best sci-fi show ever. My anxiety levels were through the roof during this episode and I loved every minute of it. You did it again, Jason Rothenberg and the writers! Another excellent finale in the bag.

    Poor sweey Maya, but she wouldn't have been able to leave there anyway.


    Clarke is an amazing leader, even if she doesn't think so. She saved her people. So great that Bellamy and her did it together! Where is she going to go?? Her goodbye with Bellamy was so beautiful and heartbreaking.


    So gald Lincoln got to kill Cage!

    Hated that Clarke left!! That is such a facepalm decision and too melodramatic for my taste. I mean what is she going to do? Life as a smelly hermit in Lincoln's love cave? Stumble through the wood till she runs into some Grounders who will probably try to kill her, or try to use her in some other not very nice way --> because apparently that is just what Grounders do... they made them as multifaceted as a saltine cracker.

    This was a great finale. There were a few moments that had me smh but I loved it still.
    I love that Clarke is going on a sabbatical. She needs this. She needs to find herself again, forgive herself. She needs the spiritual growth that can come from it. The maturity and strength that can come from this can only make her an even stronger character.
    I loved all of the reunions. I think this is the first time Miller has seen his dad. That was sweet. Wick and Kane trying to protect Abby and Raven was realistic and great acting.
    Octavia's Black Widow moves on those guards was so fun to watch.
    Lincoln going all Spartacus on Cage, even better. It didn't last long enough though.
    The best part was all of my favorites lived and the door is open for Indra to return next season.
    The cover of Knockin On Heavens Door was great for their homecoming and Clarkes goodbye. Bellamy giving her forgiveness was so bittersweet when she can't forgive herself.
    As for the Jaha reveal at the end, I'll withhold judgment.

    it was bound to happen wasn't it? this girl is ONLY 18 years old and had to lead an entire army and she lost the love of her life and now she apparently destroyed Mount Weather finally, i'm surprised Bellamy didn't go with her but i guess she wanted him to lead their people?

    I kind of felt the same. I kept waiting for something big - or epic - to happen. The death of a major character, or the build up to something. The final reveal with Jaha was both confusing and a bit of a let down? I don't know, maybe on a second re-watch it will be better but at the moment it didn't compare to the Season 1 finale.

    The video that Murphy was watching the guy who shoot himself was saying i tried to stop her she got the launch codes it was her she did it. It sounds like he is talking about the i wanna say A I like she wanted all humans dead or something and she launch the nukes and now that Jaha came down in one she is going to use it to wipe the rest out either that or she wanted to change the earth for some reason. Overall i thought it was pretty cool episode a lot went down and next season looks even better cant wait.

    Now that was very good television. Lots and lots of edge of your seat tense moments unfolding. Knowing how the series heretofore has been willing to kill off some of its perceived good guys, makes for some high anxiety television viewing The moral relativism theme running throughout this finale and much of the series is what sets The 100 apart from most current television fare which tends to contain less ambiguous characters with less ambitious storyline goals which aim more to entertain and less to provoke deep philosophical thought. The 100 continues to provoke a debate about what is right and what is wrong and the survival instinct that drives and justifies those decisions. Is it ever right to knowingly murder or betray groups of innocent, morally good strangers through either negotiating with, or murdering a few truly morally bankrupt ones, in order to save your own family and friends or just yourself? Isiah Washington's despicable character is one of the more interesting ones. He has turned into this sort of false prophet who preaches about the greater good and sacrificing a few to save the many but so far it appears he is only interested in his own survival at anyone's expense.. I'm not being critical of The CW or any of its programming but The 100 feels out of place with the network's less adult themed series. Kudos to The CW, nonetheless, and everyone associated with The 100 for delivering some of the best television on broadcast, cable or online over the past few years..

    I cant say im surprised about Clarke's decision about leaving. It was her choice, after evrything that happened noone will blame her but still she felt the weight of everytrhng. Octavia and Jasper's judging, trusting Lexa and then being betrayed, Finn's death. Everything came down on her and she just has to put some things appart but i cant see her not going too far away.
    R.I.P Maya there it goes some incredible character. "None of us are innocent" that was such a great line, everyone did their best to destroy the other. And only the fittest survived. I want to see Jasper's growth from his.
    Jaha is one hell son of a bitch. Throwing the kid out of the boat after everything damn man!.
    Guys noticed that the video said 2052 maybe what the guy was talking about was what began the of the world? and how many years was the ark in the space?.
    And we guess A.L.I.E is like Ultron some artificial intelligence product gone wild?

    Hell yea! JUSTICE! was served!

    The episode gave me what I wanted all season long. Sure there was a tragic loss, but with Maya that makes a recognizable figure loss from each side, Anya, Finn and Maya. So yea all is fair in my eyes.
    I feel bad for Jasper, but he has to realize he isn't the only one that has someone to loose or has lost. With that in mind, I hope he doesn't take a grudge on Clarke.

    -Seemed like everyone in the Mountain died, only one not certain is Emerson. I need a confirmation!


    Besides the Justice, I really liked that Clarke decided to not go back to Camp Jaha and go off on her own. Very Leader like of her, finally someone leaves to solve deal with things on her own.(Skye should to from shield lol)
    And I must Admit, the scene with Clarke and Bellamy at the end was good. Shipping aside that was a good scene for the characters.

    I look forward to Clarke on her own. Very much.


    And the City of Lights, ha! I think most knew it was going to be a twist. Something not pleasant. For me I always felt it would be the New Threat! and Yup it was.


    Murphy found himself a former rich mans sustainable luxury tower.
    And Jaha found what seems to be the women who nuked everyone in the beginning who seemingly had attained digital immortality.

    Yup she wanted someone she trust to look after their people, mainly the 40 something. And I'm so glad she decided to leave. It removes all the leadership drama, and solo style is always much better to watch.

    Bonus points attributed to Lincoln for killing that son of a b***. And to Bellamy for saying the same thing Clarke said to him season 1.

    I can't believe she left. I sure hope so they'll not make her go to wherever the hell Lexa wanted her to go.
    I can't believe he let her go wander in the freaking woods after she had to kill everyone to save their people? She feels guilty on some level, probably a monster, she has a gun. Yeah. No.

    Well. Now we just have to wait what.. 7 FREAKIN MONTHS. No biggie.

    Also, Octavia is such a badass.

    Oh Maya.. I liked you a lot.

    May we meet again.

    This episode had so many profound and heartbreaking dialogues it was the most I had ever heard in a CW show. Such an emotional episode. Cage's death was really satisfying to see. Dante chose his path. Other than that every other death made me feel so sad. There really are no good guys in this world.


    Clarke and Bellamy scene at the end was so heartbreaking and beautiful. May they meet again. Ocatavia and Lincoln are the power couple. They rule. Poor Jasper. I hope he will be able to forgive Clarke, Bellamy and Monty. When Raven bit that guy I cheered. You are so strong baby girl. It was so great to see Jo from Eureka. You are a deranged hologram who likes nuking things are you not?

    OMG that was huge!!!! Can't wait till season 3!!! I am guessing that Jaha will get to be the bad guy cause he's nuts and Murphy will have his journey to become the good guy!!! I hope that it'll be Bellamy running to hug Clarke when he finds her in season 3 like she did in 2x05.

    Wow, that was absolutely the most entertaining hour of television I've ever watched! What an underrated show, that was fantastic! So many heartbreaking moments and that ending was just totally "what the f**k!". I'm so so glad we have a season 3 :)

    I think it was a beautifully layered episode. I expected a bit more action, looking back at the S01 finale, but S01 was for the show to prove itself with shockers and game changers.
    S02 was really about growing up and making the tough decisions.
    The CoL reveal was amazing really didn't expect ALIE or whatever that is.
    The moment Knock knock on the heavens door started I was tearing up, the reunion scene were also very nicely executed.
    Clarke leaving Camp Jaha(change the name please) was so sincere and truth to the character, love it. This withdrawal will be tough to handle.

    Oh my Clarke, where are you going?? Hopefully the grounder capitol, I wanna see that! And that end with A.L.I.E, OMGGGGGGG! It seems like we going into more hard sci-fi and I thought at the beginning that it was just a post-apocalyptic earth with mutated animals!

    what am i supposed to do now?? no other show can fill this hole left by this show! Ugh, till next season.. :(. This finale would have been perfect, but what made it not so was Cage's decisions. Why didn't Cage try to negotiate with Clarke, especially when she had the ability to flood the entire mountain? Also, why did Cage take a syringe full of drug with him when he left the mountain?

    Yes, I'm not sure they can ever do anything to top off that betrayal. I'm sure the writers think that killing off the MountainMen was a big deal, but it didn't come off that way. They spent too many eps building up this huge battle with Mt Weather only to chicken out at the start of it. Everything else was a quiet whimper in comparison. The betrayal weakened the finale. And I'm afraid to get my hopes up that anything will come of Jaha's new computerized friend now that we know the show can just build something up and run away from it.

    That was an amazing episode! Also, very emotionally draining!! Gaaah, how long do we have to wait!
    The two scenes with Clarke and Abby and Clarke and Bellamy - very well delivered and great pieces of dialogue.
    Cage you egotistical maniac, holding a grudge even when you can negotiate. I liked the it was Lincoln who gave him a dose of his own medicine ... but somehow I think he isn't dead yet. What if the drugs helped stabilize the wound and there wasn't too much blood loss so he survived!? Oh well, Emerson is def out there - watch out Clarke!


    I don't think that was the end of the grounders ... we'll def encounter them - but I really hope its more of Indra and less of Lexa! Absolutely loved watching Indra this season!


    Poor Jasper ... Maya's death was really sad! I was hoping they'd save her and give her some bone marrow but that would have been in an ideal world where everything was voluntary. When Raven gave him his goggles, I thought he would say "I'm not that boy anymore" and Raven and Wyck ... so cute!


    And finally ... the ending reminded me of Lost - when Murphy when into that bunker, with the music playing and everything. I agree with others, Jaha is going to lose his mind, he's already lost half of it! I like the sci-fi direction the next season will likely take and I'm curious to see how the stories will converge together.


    And now our wait begins ... may we meet again, and soon!

    I understand your pov, and I expected something more game changing. I still appreciate the choice they, to not turn this in a bloody mess and just go for the emotional road and focus on the character dwvelopments.
    There were a couple of stupidities, like no one guarding the control room etc. But overall they closed a chapter and concluded this story with an intriguing twist and emotional development.

    I actually liked the reveal with Jaha and Murphy. When the latter watched the video, I was actively trying to figure out the woman he was referring to, who had destroyed the planet. So, cut to the next scene to find Erica Cerra (Jo Lupo from Eureka) as the AI responsible for Earth's destruction and wanting to do it again was pretty cool.

    I loved too that Bellamy took active role in the final decision about killing all people in MW. I think that, as difficult as it was, it made a huge difference to Clarke, not to have to take this responsibility alone. Altohough I can't help but noticed taht Clarke pressed that button with "I have to save them" and Bellamy with " my sister my responsibility". Clarke feels resposible for everyone, Bellamy feels this resposibility too of course but he had to see Octavia's life threatened to cross the line and make this decision.

    I just watched the episode again and I did enjoy it more the second time around. I think the issue is I was expecting an epic (for lack of better word) moment, similar to Finn's death? When that happened I was literally on the edge of my seat with my hand over my mouth. Whereas while the finale was good, there were no - oh my god - moments (well, not for me anyway).

    An equally important question is why didn't Cage accept Kane's offer when he said they'd donate the bone marrow. All season long, I ruminated about the Sky People ending up willingly giving marrow to the MM as one possible solution to the conflict that would result with most of both peoples surviving. I'm glad the writers put that offer in there even though Cage was too blinded by revenge.

    No, no, no! I don't want this! Not another "may we meet again". How long do we have to wait this time? One episode? Two? Half the season? Not to mention the hiatus!


    So many deaths! All the children...


    Jasper! Poor baby! "Your promised land sucks!" This one made me smile. I'm so glad we have Murphy!


    Is Cage dead dead? Or an addict now?


    They all were amazing, an outstanding episode!


    Maybe I can't think straight in the moment, but I don't get the twist with the female "Doc" and the missile. And for how long is "she" there? All the boats an the shore... Where are all those people gone?

    I think that's why Bellamy can handle what they did and Clarke can't, aside from it being Clarke's choice in the first place. After last season, he's come to accept that he will do anything to protect Octavia. He may feel guilty about it, but he's come to terms with that aspect of himself, even if it was previously on a smaller scale. Clarke has only had to kill combatants before, or do mercy killings. She had to confront this side of herself on such a large scale, and she doesn't have the certainty that Bellamy does, because his entire life has been about protecting Octavia. Clarke went from normal kid to solitary confinement to being leader of all of her people, and she never really had time to question why she's the leader, why she makes these decisions, is she really the right person to do this? And I feel like those are questions she's going to be struggling with going forward. She trusted Lexa, and it went badly, and she had to do this thing she never thought she was capable of. She has fought against a lot, but this was finally her smacking up against a wall at the edge of things she can handle. Bellamy has more certainty about why he did what he did, he has accepted what he's capable of, and he knows that he did everything within his power to find another way. I think that puts him in the best position to understand Clarke next season, which hopefully will lead to more stuff between them. They've really grown all of their characters, but these two most of all, and after how well Taylor and Morley did in the finale, and they play off each other so well, that I can only hope they don't spend most of the season away from each other again.

    It's an interesting take on Bellamy's motivations and I think you right. I also think that being the protector (to Octavia) was so drilled into Bellamy's brian from very young age that it sort of defines him today too - not only by the fact that his sister will always come first but that he is generally at ease taking resposibility for others and protecting them. He and Clarke understand resposibility and the price that comes with it better than others and that makes their bond so much stronger. But as you noticed, he reconciled himself with the fact that he would do anything to keep Octavia safe ( and in that aspect being a "good guy" matters less to him that it does to Clarke) and and his choice to back up Clarke on her choice was ultimately made for O., it never really was exactly the same choice that Clarke did. Would he ever make the same choice in Clarke's stead if Octavia wasn't there? I'm not sure and I can see it as a point of potential future conflict between them, if there ever comes fo him to choose between Octavia's well being and the intersts of their other people.
    I cmpletely agree about how both actors are excellent with each other, they make Bellamy and Clarke's scenes so captivating and the bond between the two characters is palable. It's like they're having entire conversations while saying so little actual words.
