I do interviews and write articles for the site in addition to reviewing a number of shows, including Supernatural, Arrow, Agents of Shield, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Forever, Defiance, Bitten, Glee, and a few others! Highlights of this past year include covering San Diego Comic Con as press and a set visit to Bitten. When I'm not writing about television shows, I'm often writing about entertainment and media law in my capacity as a legal scholar. I also work in theatre when the opportunity arises. I'm an avid runner and rider, currently training in dressage.
Definitely all the Fitz/Skye scenes with her hugging him and him saying "You're just different now and there's nothing wrong with that". I was such an emotional wreck. Fitz is just about my favorite person ever.
ReplyDeleteI actually didn't like the Hydra cuts off their own heads. While I think that they are more than capable of it, it shows that these higher level people in a clandestine organization are extremely gullible.
ReplyDeleteThat dude also wanted to test what Whitehall was playing with and he thought he can do 2 birds with 1 alien tech.
ReplyDeleteI ship SkyeFitz! Alright, I shipped them already (felt kinda lonely about it too, but whatever!). But that scene just cemented it for me! I mean, now, they don't only share a secret, they share a connection: They went throught a change, they are scared to feel broken inside, and they can support each other throught their own changes. And I can see a lot of future scenes between those two, if only to cover for each other! That's a recipe for a perfect ship, right? ^_^
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, I do think they should tell May, eventually. She's very understanding for that kind of things, and she's very good with secrets, so why not? Althought there is a risk, however small, that she'd reveal it to Coulson, so... yeah... No, Skye and Fitz are on their own! Good luck to the two of them and can't wait to see what's going to happen! :D
Fitz/Skye
ReplyDeleteCoulson's "You'll never catch us alive!" (which had me in stitches BTW)
Coulson visits Tripp's mum.
Hydra cuts off its own heads.
Giddy Cal.
And also OTHER: The crew talking about Tripp in the end.
The Fitz/Skye scene, my heart was breaking but god bless Fitz for helping her. I also really loved the fake out with Coulson and May getting shot, I mean it was obvious but still really fun. Oh and the opening scene, so cool.
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised that scene where the team tricked that hydra dude into attacking them and the car pulled out guns and killed the soldiers etc. great fun scene. should have been in the poll.
ReplyDeleteSo no mention of Tripp's familial connection to one of the members of Agent Carter's band of merry men?
ReplyDeleteI think it was too subtle for a lot of people to notice. However, the good news is it's possible for Trip to now have a cannon immigrant comic book counterpart. I also hope this is all part of a mythology gag to set up for a Trip LMD.
ReplyDeleteFitz was just wonderful. Also I feel like this is the beginning of civil war. It won't be about secret identity, but the rights of the gifted to live in society freely.
ReplyDeleteThem talking about Tripp was my very next scene! Thanks for adding it here!
ReplyDeleteIt was - that's what other is for! thanks for adding it here.
ReplyDeleteIt's been mentioned many times in the past - that was the significance of the suitcase Coulson was carrying and why we got the shot of the Howling Commandos with Tripp's grandfather clearly visible...
ReplyDeleteDefinitely the beginning of Civil War!
ReplyDeleteI know there were rumors about him being related but this is, as far as I know, the only visual confirmation we had about Tripp's backstory.
ReplyDeleteNope. Not rumors. Tripp and Coulson specifically talk about his grandfather who was a howling commando - that's why he has the suitcase of all the retro gadgets. We learn Tripp is a "legacy" in episode 19 of season one because his grandfather was a Howling Commando.
ReplyDeleteWhat Lisa said.
ReplyDeleteWhen Eric Koeneig is giving them the super lie detector test it goes down like this: Keonig says that he's a legacy in the agency, that Trip doesn't like to advertise it because he doesn't want special treatment, and Eric himself says if "my grandfather was a Howling Commando I'd have ti tattooed on my chest".
So they have been very upfront about this.
Ooh. I must have missed that one last year. :D
ReplyDeleteand that's why I voted other.
ReplyDeleteI actually like Skye. Never thought I'd say those words. Plus is it just me or is Chloe Bennet actually more beautiful than before?
ReplyDeleteI loved the Fitz and Skye bit. He was such a sweetheart here (well, he pretty much always is, but this scene was especially heartwarming). :)
ReplyDeleteMy second favorite was Coulson's plan to cut off all the Hydra heads. The man really is an evil genius. I like.
That was hilarious. I get the feeling Clark Gregg/Coulson likes hamming it up. :)
