  1. The best scene by far was: Clarke says she cannot enter Camp Jaha and leaves alone.

  2. I'll make it short-How about the entire episode-every moments were pure gold, the twists were insane and the decisions were life-changing.These writers are really fearless.I'm having really hard time picking just some moments!

  3. I was not a fan of this episode, but I did like everything Octavia.Indra, and Lincoln.

  4. Liked the goodbye scene with bellarke, murphy finally having something good happen to him for once. Other then that. Meh.

  5. I had a difficult time deciding between Clarke and Bellamy pulling the lever to irradiate level 5 and Clarke leaving Camp Jaha. I choose leaving Camp Jaha. I am not a avid Bellarker but how can you not "ship" them?! Octavia's fight scene was also bada$$. What stood out to me was Maya stating "None of us is innocent" and Abby and Clarke's "I tried to be the good guy... Maybe there are no good guys."

  6. The last scene of Bellamy and CLarke. So beautifully acted by Bob and Eliza. So emotional. I teared up.

  7. The entire "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" montage
    Octavia fights the guards
    Indra frees Lincoln
    Lincoln kills Cage
Paige Turco's performance when Abby reunited with Clarke.

  8. I don't understand why everyone has voted for the scene that made least sense. Where is Clarke going to go if she's not going into the Camp? It's idiotic, which is not consistent with her character.

  9. I have too many to chose from but to narrow it down...Lincoln injecting Cage with the Red!!.Octavia taking out the soldiers..Clarke's goodbye scene to Bellamy&Camp Jaha.. & Murphy finding the bunker simply because Richard Harmon is awesome & he got promoted to series regular! Not sure how people feel about Jaha's storyline and A.L.I.E. My first watch I was intrigued.. and after my rewatch I mean I still am no doubt but my only issue is that I hope season 3 is able to somehow tie in the main cast to this new plot earlier rather than later. & I just don't know how its going to do that so I'm slightly worried but really the writers have rarely ever disappointed. Performances were off the charts as well but the chemistry between Bob&Eliza is incomparable and Devon Bostick was brilliant!

  10. I think in a way thats the point but I wouldn't say its inconsistent with her character. Right now its what she thinks is best for her(and maybe its not) but certainly long term it is not best for her. She's too emotional. She cant face what shes done being around everyone at camp. She needs a good ol walkabout but I think the writers will unfortunately not allow her downtime and give her some new mission early in s3 probably with a new grounder clan. I'm sort of undecided about her leaving only because she still has many relationships that need to be addressed (Raven..Octavia.. & now Jasper) and time apart may be able to heal herself but that doesn't mean it will go better for her relations to them once they do reunite. But either way I think the scene is being voted for because Eliza Taylor was amazing & Bob.

  11. It's not idiotic. It's a sabbatical. It's a journey. She needs this. She needs the quiet and solitude. People do it everyday. Like an Australian walkabout, Jason said.

  12. Without any safety, food, or shelter? Hmm...

  13. Glad to see a polldaddy.com poll here.

  14. Their acting was brilliant, it always is in The 100, why I love the show!

  15. I'm not trying to be funny when I say this but have you known anyone who lived off of the land? I have. It's done. Even now, in 2015 people do it. She can take care of herself, she can hunt and fish, she can build a shelter or find an abandoned one and make it her sanctuary. She needs to get away to find herself and to learn to forgive herself. How do you think this nation was built? By people who had none of the things you mentioned but they created them.

  18. Though Raven's bonemarrow extraction almost gave me a heart attack, and I loved pretty much every single scene, I have to go with Clarke leaving; the rush of emotions overwhelmed me to new levels

  19. Clarke leaving and the amazing Knockin On Heavens Door montage but if there was ever a case in which the entire episode should straight up be selected it was here

  20. It's only because I was working late so I had to rush to get it up and didn't have time to enter a user name and password and all that rigamarole extra steps. Starting in April, ALL polls go to the new system. Sorry.

  21. Doing it alone is hard at the best of times, but when you're being hunted down and in an unfamiliar environment with mutated animal predators... Silly teenage decision! Clarke should be woman enough to stay with her people and start to deal with what has happened.

    ReplyDelete
  22. We'll just have a difference of opinion on this. She isn't being hunted. The Grounders betrayed her but they were allied. Mount Weather is dead. Wild animals are wild animals, no matter if they're mutated or not. Precautions can be taken and she's smart enough to do that. It can be done, she's strong enough to do it.

  23. The clarke/bellamy scene was amazing! Jasper's has kind of been ridiculous this season, all this death and pain happening to his people and this chick is all he seemed to care about.

  24. I went with: Clarke and Bellamy commit genocide, killing all on level 5 including children and those who aided them
...not sure what that says about me. Amazing episode! How long do we have to wait for season 3?

  25. I have a feeling that the Clarke/Lexa story is not over. After single handedly eradicated the Mountain Men and made the grounds around MW accessible to the grounders, she might actually be welcomed by them. Remember the 12 clans that Lexa brought together are not peacefully liking each other. I remember an interview by JR stating that Clarke will be notorious now that she brought down MW.

  26. And more importantly.... what happend with all the people who went there looking for it?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Clarke and Bellamy pulling the kill switch together. But also, I loved Lincoln killing Cage.

  28. My favorite scene was between Clarke and Abby, when clarke breaks down saying she tried to be the good guy. That scene was too heartbreaking.

  29. Clarke leaving Camp Jaha along with the beautiful music!

  30. yes!! I loved all the boats on the beach hah

  31. yeah I wasn't a fan of it but I kinda get it that she doesn't want to be around people. I just hope she goes to the dropship or somewhere she knows :)

  32. Clarke and Bellamy commit genocide & Clarke leaves alone. This episode is so sad but I'm just glad my favorites Bellamy, Olivia, Kane and Murphy are alive. Phew.

  33. Clarke and Bellamy owned the episode for me, which was great, as I missed those two interacting. I'd give the edge to their final scene, which was such a perfect conclusion to Clarke's arc this season, and comparing where these two are as leaders. Bellamy has been where Clarke is, when he was willing to kill Jaha and risk the people on the Ark to protect Octavia, but has come to accept what he's capable of even if he hates having to do it; he sees that in Clarke and wants to help her like she helped him, but what she's done is so much bigger and deliberate that he knows he can't. It was a subtle acknowledgment of that with the "You are forgiven" callback, and I really hope these two have more scenes next season. Morley and Taylor play off each other so well.

Other than that, my picks are Bellamy and Clarke choosing to kill the Mountain Men together, Abby telling Clarke "there are no good guys," Jasper losing Maya, meeting the AI, Lincoln killing Cage LIKE A BOSS, Octavia taking out those soldiers LIKE A BOSS, and Raven biting that guy while being held down LIKE A BOSS, BECAUSE THEY'RE AWESOME. I'm still a little hyped, if you couldn't tell.

  34. So hard to choose, every scene was fantastic but I voted for Murphy finds a suicide video explaining how the war started while Jaha meets a hologram with a missile.

I just did not see that ending coming at all, and the music that played during it was so creepy!

  35. When Lexa told Clarke she could be a leader her people fight and die for, Clarke's response is she didn't ask for that because Clarke never wanted the burden of leadership. She just wanted her people free to live and nobody else was stepping up to the plate with good ideas so she stepped up and did something because she cares. But now everyone's looking to her and she's saved her people but she doesn't want to a leader. She's doesn't want that responsibility. If she stays they'll keep looking to her, so instead Clarke leaves since its the only way she can be free.

  36. Other - every scene in the episode

  37. Bellamy and Clarke's goodbye. It was one of the most beautiful scenes I've seen in a while. The emotion was so real it hurt. These two should have more scenes together, it's almost always pure gold!

Another choice would be these two commiting genocide. One just needs to give this show credit for taking the morally grey, questionable or simply wrong paths on a regular basis.

Also loved the scene between Abby and Clarke, Maya dying in Jasper's arms and Murphy discovering the video.

In general, it was an excellent episode with countless great scenes.

  38. sorry. Octavia. I was just reading some Scandal spoilers, so. XP

  39. An over all fantastic episode with so many great scenes to chose from - if I only could!

If I have to I'll go with that last Clarke/Bellamy scene. So heartbreaking! My newly found fav version of "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" only adds to it. Can't stop to rewatch it. And watching it I tear up, every time, I know it will happen again and again, but I can't stop watching...

Close second is the genocide scene. You could literally see Clarke break. I'm so glad that Bellamy helped her, let her know that she's not alone with this decision. Though we know that both of them had slightly different reasons to pull the lever. "My sister, my responsibility!" was it for Bellamy, and for me this whole scene gets even more awesome to know that - according to JR - these few but important words were adlibbed. Credit goes to Bob.
