    It looks silly and seriously, how many times are they going to go undercover this season?? I'm tired of these light humored episodes and would like some serious writing to happen. Once in a while I understand but Glasberg has gotten sooo lazy. I hope they make up for it in the finale because I don't have much good things to say about this season at all.

    The Sergei arc was pretty serious. After all, they killed off one of Gibbs' ex-wives. You can't say this season has only been light-hearted becauae that is far from the truth. And as far as I remember, it is only the second undercover stint this season.

    I agree though on the finale part of your comment. I want an intense finale with a big cliffhanger.

    It was serious enough but It was still predictable. Of course they would catch him and of course Fornell would get his revenge. I wasn't even surprised that Sergei was Ari's half brother because there had to be some kind of connection. They could of stretched it out a bit and added some angst but now that's over and they have these silly undercover episodes. When it comes to the finale, Glasberg always falls short so I'm not going to expect anything big like he said we would get. He's all talk and it shows in his writing.

    I agree they should have stretched it out to the finale. The episode "Check" was so good that I was really hoping they would keep Sergei around for a while but sadly that wasn't the case. I don't agree though that every finale since Glasberg fell short. In fact, the season 9 finale and cliffhanger was one of the best of the series.
