03/23/2015 (10:01PM - 11:00PM) (Monday) : THE NIGHT SHIFT GOES INTO LOCKDOWN WHEN THEY RECEIVE A PATIENT WITH DEADLY RADIATION POISONING – SCOTT WOLF, ADAM RODRIGUEZ, MERLE DANDRIDGE AND SARAH JANE MORRIS GUEST STAR – A patient's exposure to radiation sends the Night Shift into chaos. Topher (Ken Leung) implements an immediate quarantine and locks down the ER. Paul (Robert Bailey Jr.) cares for the quarantined patient with the help of Ragosa (Freddy Rodriguez) and Kenny (JR Lemon). Meanwhile, TC (Eoin Macken), Drew (Brendan Fehr), and Gwen (Merle Dandridge) race to the site of a multi-victim car cash, where they discover an injured police officer at the heart of the accident. Back at the hospital TC and Jordan (Jill Flint) work desperately to save the officer's life using an unconventional procedure. TC gets an unwelcome surprise when his troubled sister-in-law Annie (guest star Sarah Jane Morris, "NCIS") shows up out of the blue. Still adrift and grieving over the death of her husband, Annie is eager to reminisce with TC about the good old days. Meanwhile, a former patient harasses Jordan, and Drew struggles with his recent breakup. Joey (guest star Adam Rodriguez, "Reckless") pushes Krista (Jeananne Goossen) to take her future into her own hands. Scott Wolf also guest stars.

To prove he is a good brother, Danny makes his case to accompany Leslie. Meanwhile, Shelly (Ron Funches) helps Burski (Rick Glassman) get a cheap suit so he can impress Leslie. 03/24/2015 (09:30PM - 10:00PM) (Tuesday) : PRUDENCE MOVES INTO THE APARTMENT WITH LUKE AND LIZZY AND SHAKES THINGS UP – Prudence (Kelly Brook) moves in to Luke (Nick Zano) and Lizzy’s (Elisha Cuthbert) apartment and her mess of boxes and belongings throws Lizzy for a loop. Prudence also pushes Lizzy to clean out a closet with her ex-girlfriend’s things, which forces Lizzy to deal with some repressed feelings. Meanwhile, Luke is also adjusting to having Prudence in their lives and her marionette puppets are causing him some sleepless nights. Brandon Mychal Smith, Rebecca Corry, and Chris Williams also star.

03/25/2015 (10:00PM - 11:00PM) (Wednesday) : INTELLIGENCE GOES OFF THE BOOKS WHILE INVESTIGATING THE DEATH OF A YOUNG ACTIVIST.

With a World Trade conference in Chicago, all members of intelligence are undercover in various protest groups to determine potential threats. Ruzek (Patrick Flueger), infiltrates the Black Grid group and befriends Sierra (guest star Lucy Blehar). When she ends up dead intelligence is suspicious of an Argentine Secretary, Fabian Sosa (guest star Gary Perez). Voight (Jason Beghe) and Olinsky (Elias Koteas) question Sosa about the death and the team enlists Mouse (guest star Caleb Hunt) to help with their tech needs in tracking Sosa. Meanwhile Halstead’s (Jesse Lee Soffer) brother, Dr. Will Halstead (guest star Nick Gehlfuss) shows up in town for an undetermined amount of time and is already stirring up trouble.
