    we won't. at this stage reveals will reveal more questions not answers. thy aren't going to give it all too us in the first season. that's not how good story telling works.

    There was this sick slave whom Henry tried to save - so my guess is this slave was a woodoo priest and did some magic to retaliate so Henry is immortal and all the bad guys on the ship are dead.
