I love them all, but I have something for Flynn. He's the original librarian, and even if he was away for half of the season, Noah Wyle really give his all to the character and he's a good lead for everyone. But I adore all of the characters, they're so well developped and written that it's impossible to hate them. They have flaws and inner fights and sometimes they take the wrong decision, but it's always honest mistakes only.
Other - It's a dead heat tie between Flynn Carsen and Jacob Stone.
I've loved Flynn since he was introduced in the Librarian movies. His boyish enthusiasm is infectious and always makes me smile, but as a small town Southern girl who has a fondness for both country living and a love of books and learning, I can identify with Jake's character. Like Jake, I know what it's like to be stereotyped because of your upbringing. It's a nice change to see a Southern character be valued for his intellect. Plus, it's an added bonus to hear an honest to goodness Southern accent.
Jake Stone by far! Jenkins comes in 2nd for me. I will always vote for any character played by Christian Kane ! He's the best, most underrated and underused entertainer out there!!!!!
By far, Jake Stone played by the inimitable Christian Kane is my favorite. His facial expressions say so much and somehow draws you into the story. Let's hope for S2 of the Librarians.
Any of them except Cassie. They let her be way too childish. Even her clothes are too young for her. If they would let her grow up a little I might like her better.
I love all the characters but my favorite character is Jake Stone played by Christian Kane. Christian is an amazing actor/singer/songwriter! This man has so much talent and he pours his heart and soul into everything he does! The Librarians is a great show and it has left us wanting more! Looking forward to a Season 2!
Christian Kane as Jacob Stone is definitely my favorite! He steals every scene he is in. I wish TNT would hurry up and pick up The Librarians for a season 2.
My favorite would have to be Christian Kane as Jacob Stone. He's an amazing actor that brings so much depth into his character. Just watch "The City of Light" episode and you'll see what I mean. TNTDrama really needs to renew this amazing fun witty show.
I like Jacob Stone a lot although Christian Kane playing him helps that decision. But I have to say Cassandra really grew on me. A lot. She's pretty cool and I can't wait for the show to come back to see her and Jake grow as characters (not as a couple though I am not a shipper).
My only problem with Flynn is that he's to much of a Deus Ex Machina. If he's a regular next season then: A) It makes the other Librarians superfluous, and B) there doesn't seem to be a real limit to his knowledge. Other than that, i really like his character.
Jenkins is my favorite character, Baird a close second. I enjoy scenes with Baird and the team of Librarians reacting to Jenkins and he reacting to them. Looking back over the season, in each episode both Baird and Jenkins learned something about the LiTs, and used this knowledge to help the LiTs focus their powers for the challenges they faced. Hope there are more seasons of this hopeful, quite entertaining show!
Oh he is, but it's part of the "over-the-top" side of the character, and having watched him growing over the three movies, it's a fun side. But you're right about the two flaws of the character regarding to the other librarians, and that's actually what would make him even more interesting : learning that his knowledge is not illimited, and that each and every of the other characters have something specific to add to the puzzle. There is something extremely interesting to dig for the writers, something that can give a different dynamic to the show. Well...Assuming it's renewed :(
Love Christian Kane as Jacob Stone! Such a great show! I enjoy Ezekiel and Cassandra a lot also but Christian is by far my favorite actor on the show! Love when Stone quotes old romantic literature
I like all the characters😊 Each of them make the show.I think it's great that Flynn is only on some of the episodes n he kinda "pops" in it adds to the surprises the show has been known for😊 n the fun!!! Keep on surprising us with the story lines😊 to season 2 n beyond....
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I like everyone. This show really become one of my favorites after only ten episodes. I hope to see renewal soon

I like Jacob Stone a lot although Christian Kane playing him helps that decision. But I have to say Cassandra really grew on me. A lot. She's pretty cool and I can't wait for the show to come back to see her and Jake grow as characters (not as a couple though I am not a shipper).
ReplyDeleteChristian Kane will get my vote.. Just love the whole show and cast of #TheLibrarians though!
ReplyDeleteMy only problem with Flynn is that he's to much of a Deus Ex Machina. If he's a regular next season then: A) It makes the other Librarians superfluous, and B) there doesn't seem to be a real limit to his knowledge. Other than that, i really like his character.
