Doesn't have to be a kiss, just say how you feel, and i'll be good. Then again this airs 2 days before V day, so if it happens, i ain't complaining. Just don't get interrupted. lol Pleasee writers i beg you don't do it to me. First on screen kisses should NOT be interrupted.

    I found all the Stefan/Caroline stuff boring and pointless. Why couldn't they work to get Bonnie back? Why is Bonnie only a Delena plot?


    I also was bored by Matt/Enzo/Sarah. I am not liking Enzo at all this season and this episode didn't help. Can someone just kill him?


    This is the first time in a long time that Delena didn't bother me (maybe because it was better than the other plots this week?).


    I'm annoyed Bonnie isn't back yet. I also don't get why she can't just use Esther's talisman - it's in the Salvatore House, that should be a source of magic (it was in Season 3).

    Elena realizing she's actually become a horrible person but it doesn't matter because she has Damon is a good plot line for Delena? I can't manage to agree with that even a little bit.


    Stefan and Caroline have their own story right now. It happens on this show all of the time, I don't know why they're being singled out for it.

    I don't think a lot of people will want to watch this episode. It looked like that whole Lego thing on Twitter tonight was a cry for more viewers for tonight's episode, too. Somebody messed up somewhere, and hopefully they have time to solve the problem before the final arc.

    It's so counterproductive though! She comes to the conclusion that she would have made so many different choices, but because bad stuff keeps happening, she's going to roll over and accept it? Jeez, Elena, aim lower, whydontcha? :/

    IMO, Jeremy hasn't been IC all season. He should have been trying to save Bonnie instead of drinking and not taking part in the action. But obviously all of that was so that Damon could be her hero instead, thus Elena's hero.

    And him leaving before Bonnie returns, well, the writers have no choice. Steven is leaving. This is the best they could do. I agree though, it's not IC.

    Best thing happening this episode-Jeremy leaving for good.Only if he could take matt & tyler with him!That would've been perfect for me!Oh,well-there's still plenty of time.
    Worst thing happening this episode-Liz's death.I'm dreading that scene,it's going to to awful,gut-wrenching & heart-breaking.I really hope caroline doesn't go dark but i know she will.
    Can't wait.

    naaaaah i have faith in my girl.. she won't go dark..shes keeping it together thanks to stefan. Unless something out of the blue pushes her to off edge (damon?), I think she might just make it through this...

    Episode 16 is titled The Downward Spiral for a reason & that's for dark caroline.Plus don't forget the foreshadowing of vampy caroline when she turned her face towards liz in the dream scene.That's classic TVD dropping hints of what's coming on our way!Stefan will be the one to pull him out to pull her out of that phase,i'm sure of that.

    You know, about the whole Elena questioning her moral compass.. do you think they are hinting at a possible dilemma she will face when she discovers that damon killed a pregnant woman carrying his great niece (4 times removed) ? Maybe this is the 'emotional hurdle' JP teased? Maybe she will reconsider the Stefan breakup? and then stefan will have to choose between Elena and Caroline??? *NIGHTMARE* ! !

    LOL "What is this laughter" Personally, I like to call it, "The Caroline Effect" Hahaha (i know i'm such a geek, idec) He was on a roll tonight. I enjoyed their scenes so muc, i rewound a few times. And i never do that when i'm watching live. lol He laughed 3 times tonight, and smiled about 6-7 times. Remember the part where she was blushing as she kept digging for Ms. Cuddles? After he said he'd stay? Well I paused that to see if he was smiling and HE WAS! But the camera made it blurry (to get the shot on Caroline's face) but it's not too blurry to where you can't see it.

    "the caroline effect"?? NAILED IT ! ! I mean seriously, NO ONE N I MEAN NO ONE can have that effect on stefan, no one other than CAROLINE THAT IS !


    n can i say - it is so refreshing to see him happy n not brooding over some lost love ! reminded me of caroline's dialogue in season 4 " one day you will meet someone new and you will fall madly in love, and you would have moved on, without even realizing it" ! !! ! ! ! SHE WAS SO RIGHT !

    The stelena ship has sailed a long time ago.Even though Delena will inevitably break up Again,there's no chance of STelena EVER.The writers made sure of that by decimating their whole love track as a ploy of Markos's agenda last season.Their entire relationship was a giant lie.

    Agreed. This episode was about moving on and the title "Let her go" makes a lot of sense when it applies on Caroline/Liz and Jeremy/Bonnie.

    With Nova Scotia in the mix - i think the cure is also going to be thrown in. So if Elena takes the cure and becomes human, will she still choose Damon and if not, will she go back to Stefan? If she does go back to Stefan then where does that leave Steroline ?

    That leaves Steroline in the same place where they are now. Stefan has moved on, Elena returning to her old self isn't going to change that. He's in love with Caroline now.

    Ahh, I haven't thought of Nova Scotia potentially leading to a cure! Nice catch! But would Elena willingly take the cure?

    Switching Elena's affections back to Stefan would be really cruel of the writers, especially because of Steroline, but also for Stefan.
