    I'm glad someone is calling attention to the story from this angle. It seems like Klaus and Hayley are only interested in doing what's best for Hope, and their life experiences have made them strong enough and mature enough to handle the responsibility.

    No, I was pointing out the fact that Klaus and Hayley are handling very well the idea of putting their daughter first. There are a lot of selfish parents out there who put their own comfort first, and while I think it's always a good idea for Moms and Dads to get "me" time once in a while, parents thinking of their own happiness too much usually lands a child in therapy. Klaus and Hayley are probably losing sleep to make sure that Hope has no idea what's going on around her. I know there are a lot of Haylijah shippers out there, but Hayley removing herself from any kind of brother triangle, considering how dysfunctional the Mikaelson family already is, really is the best thing for the child.

    oh ok cool, although Klaus, Hayley and Elijah isn't really a love triangle but i get what you mean and it really IS amazing. That among all these factions fighting and wars happening all around them, there are these two parents who are trying to make this world a better place for their daughter to live in and grow up happy and as normal as she can

    This ship has sailed, mate. One of the writers has appeased the Klaus/Hayley true believers on twitter by saying they might become a thing "very soon" or some bullcrap like that. I think it was MacKenzie.


    Which I took it as code for "this show is about to become as unwatchable as its parent show very soon". My hope is that the Freya/Dahlia story is wrapped before that, because I really dig the whole concept of that story.

    Elijah needs to find a balance and keep being bloody but sane at the same time.
    I enjoy Elijah out of control, gives him a nice edge. But still don't know how far they could take his rampage but that it wouldn't resemble Klaus to much.

    The show got a bit soft this season, and Mental Elijah could give it the neccessary edge again.
    I loved Elijah so much when he just appeared, even though he looked hidious with that haircut.
    I'm really not a fan of Gillies doing double duty with Saving Hope, cause we need more of him on TO.

    His haircut was terrible but he acted like a boss and was enough to nail the role.

    This promo looks good, I would love to see more Elijah. Daniel Gillies is one of the reasons I watch the show and I do like the bad side of Elijah but not to bad, not as bad as klaus was. But Daniel Gillies did quit saving Hope even though I liked Joel but I would love more Elijah. I am a Elijah and Haley fan and I will be til the end and I dont want no love triangles and no offense to the Klaus and haley fans but I dont want them to happen they are good as parents and friends no romance and I am sure that will end in a triangle. And Julie is not the only ones that producers the show Michael does to. If for some awful reason they happen then I hope Elijah and Haley are endgame. I had to endure Jackson and Haley dont know if I can handle Klaus and haley just as long as they are not endgame. And I read nothing about them being together. The last thing I read from Julie is that Klaus might be added to the love triangle of jackson- Haley and elijah but dont know if that will happen. Dont believe everything I read. And dont need a repeat of the Vampire Diaries. Dont need another storyline with two brothers in love with the same woman, just beacause they have a child does not mean that they need to be together. And I like Klaus and Cami together and I dont think Klaus will just be with one person. But I love the promo and I love that everyone is protecting Hope. For me I am hoping elijah and Haley are endgame but I dont know if I believe in endgame.

    Not a bad promo. Good approach to come at it. It showcases the strong sides of the show (NIck is as his best when he is trying to protect his kid).

    Yeah, ironically the same week Elijah blew himself up to kill Finn his Saving Hope character died while diffusing a bomb and actually died in the explosion.


    I love SH but I'm glad that he devotes himself to TO fulltime now. It's amazing that he handled being a lead on two major shows but while I can stomach Saving Hope without his character TO is dependant on Elijah, I saw that in the past few episodes more than ever.


    There was actually some debate within the fandom if Elijah was actually Dracula back then xD (wich I would totally support)

    We are so on the same page about that red door. When Finn was attacking Elijah at the safe house, I kept thinking (and live-tweeting), "Now would be the time to open the red door. Open the red door!" Of course what's behind the door might not be what we think. Esther could have pulled a crafty stunt and made Elijah fear something he would WANT to remember. Then again, if the red door hasn't been mentioned since, we might have seen the end of that issue. Do you think the red door, or its equivalent in other vampires' minds, could be the TO version of the humanity switch? If so, I actually tweeted to the writers once that it would be awesome to see Elijah go off the rails. He is too straight-laced.

    FYI: I'm pretty sure there's a troll in these web pages. I won't mention any names, but someone really hates the show, or maybe just wants attention, and has apparently taken to using the comments here to say things that upset fans or make them anxious about watching the show. I tried to report this person, but as of yet they haven't done anything that would require action by moderators. There's nothing anyone can do about this person right now. Just try not to let any information, whether it's true or false or a half-truth, bother you at all.

    Didn't you hear? He left Saving Hope. He did this whole "Goodbye, Joel" thing on Twitter. I think it's great because now the guy actually has enough time to see his family once in a while.

    I know that Klaus isn't supposed to have a love interest this season and I respect that, but I keep feeling like the show is missing something the more violent and dramatic he gets. Maybe it's like JP said, sometimes fans need a release. I think I want to see Klaus take a break from being Superdad for at least one scene and at the very least get drunk or something.

    It was a love triangle as soon as Klaus' baby mama started making moon eyes at her child's uncle. Klayley happened first, so Haylijah is what makes it a triangle - not the other way around.

    I can't say I disagree here. I think the lack of screen time for Mikael and Esther could be why Kol was killed off and Rebekah will either get killed off too or leave the show again. I think Rebekah is going to die. It makes sense considering a recent spoiler about Klaus' behavior in the following episode. Claire Holt is willing to make a cameo but she can't be a regular, and Maisie Richardson-Sellers is only a guest star, which is strange because you'd think Rebekah would stick around to protect Hope from Dahlia. I can't see anyone going to the trouble of casting Rebekah AGAIN just for a short story where she has to change bodies, either. That would get confusing for some viewers. So I guess the logical conclusion is that Rebekah will die and Mikael and Esther will both be back on screen. If Rebekah gets killed off and Marcel and Davina get to stick around, that would really suck. Of course this show has been full of surprises lately, so who knows what might happen?

    I don't think they are gross but I agree about them idealizing eachother in a way that has nothing to do with the people they are. But in a weird way I kind of want them to get together because of that (but only for a short amount of time), so they can realize that they don't actually love eachother, they only love the idea of eachother. In my opinion they don't really know eachother.

    I dont hate anyone I know its just your opinion and people have them. And not everyone likes them. I hate Klaus and Haley together and Jackson and Haley. And I have a difference I do feel that they have amazing chemistry and I want them to be endgame and I feel that they are perfect together and have amazing chemistry and I feel that there will be space but I dont feel its the end for them. And I do feel that they love each other and Elijah loves her its just harder for him to express himself he is different from Jackson. I have liked them since day one. And the way Elijah acts you can tell he loves her. I know there is angst and hopefully they will be slowburn. Someone said it will take them as long to get together as Delena and I can agree. I can disagree there is nothing abusive in their relationship. I hate to ask-- who do you ship??? But everyone has their opinions as do I and we dont write the stories as long as there is no love triangles. At least you did not call me names for liking them I appreciate that.

Haters say the chapter has close but I dont think so I think they are one of the popular couples. I want them to be endgame not Klaus and Haley and not Jackson and Haley. And I do think that Elijah loves her its just harder for him. I have not read anything and I cant stand Jackson and Haley. I know I should not listen to peoples opinions and I dont want a love triangle. And where is all this love that Haley and Elijah was supposed to get; the candlelight, bathsalt and Barry White.     It's great that you think this way :) Not everyone in the TVD fandom gets that people can have different opinions and different ships without fighting about it. That's why I'm kind of careful about that. I don't want any ship wars.
    I don't like Klaus and Hayley or Jackson and Hayley together either! I want Klaus and Hayley to stay platonic. I like that Klaus considers Hayley family but that's it! I want them to get along for Hope but I don't want them together in a romantic way. And Hayley and Jackson just don't belong together. I feel like Hayley wants to love him because on paper he is the best choice for her. He is a good (to good! They need to give him some flaws, otherwise he is just dull), loyal guy who loves her and has no problem telling her so. With him it's less complicated. But she just doesn't love him.. and love can't be forced. Hayley has to realize that at some point.
    Don't get me wrong I don't HATE Hayleijah. I don't think they have an abusive relationship and I do believe that Elijah and Hayley love eachother. I just feel like both of them idealize eachother and don't really know the person they are in love with. But I'm not totally against them. I do believe there is hope for them. I just want them to realize that they have the wrong idea about eachother and then they can figure out if they still love eachother ..with all their flaws, and not in spite of of them. I have a weird attitude towards Hayleijah. I don't ship them, they just don't feel right to me right now. But on the other hand I feel like they could win me over if they do it right.
    Other than Josh and Aidan I don't really ship anyone at TO. I started to ship Kol and Davina a bit but well.. that seems to go nowhere (at least at the moment.. who knows what the future will bring). On TVD I ship Delena and Steroline.

    I understand where you are coming from and I appreciate your opinion at least your not a hater. I have shipped from day one and I do feel that Elijah and Haley love each other even though Elijah has not said it yet but its harder for him. I dont think Elijah would ever betray her love he would hold on to it, I dont know about Haley sleeping with Jackson I dont want that to happen. I do agree I wished that Elijah adn Haley would talk more and learn more about each other so Haley can understand why Elijah is the way he is. I agree I dont see any chemistry between Haley and Jackson to tell you the truth I find them boring. I dont like Klaus and Haley romantic some people do but I dont I like their friendship and being parents to hope and thats it. I dont want a love triangle and then together would ruin the show for me. I do hope Elijah and Haley are endgame. And I am tired of people using the Uncle excuse. I do ship others- Klaus and Cami I kind of like Gia and Marcel and I did like Becca and Marcel. and Cami and Elijah as friends. For me the endgame couple would be Klaus and Cami and Elijah and Haley not Klaus and Haley and Cami and Elijah. And I liked Davina and Kol to and I do like Aiden and Josh. But my main ships are Haley and Elijah and Cami and Klaus. I do hope Elijah and Haley find their way back to one another even if I have to wait til next season. I dont know how they will find their back to one another. Some people say its the end of a chapter I dont think so when there story was focused on and the way they ended it where Elijah not telling her how he feels. I do wish Elijah would not listen to klaus and I feel this wedding is a sham and Dalia is still going to be after Hope. Thanks for being nice some people can be rude.
