    The one we saw could:


    a) Be a future version of himself(i really think the one with the general in the end scene was a future self and not present time Wells)


    b) Could be another Reverse Flash like a Thawne.

    people are saying because of the scene with berry and wells in the lab that there the same person no berry has green eyes and wells blue but i do think there related!

    Well, they both work quite different. They might "look" like it, but they're not the same.


    I'm not even sure that Wells is the one who killed Barry's mother... I think there're two Reverse Flash at once with two different goals: a)Eobard, who killed Barry's mom and has something to do with Eddie and b) Wells who is trying to steal the device to fix his powers.
