    -Cas goes after Cain
    -Crowley goes behind his mothers back and agrees to give Dean the blade so he can go after Cain
    -Dean goes after Cain without Sam and Cas
    -Cain kicks Dean's ass, tells him some bad stuff to make Dean angst some more and then in the end Cain allows Dean to kill him


    Jared filmed the least amount for this episode and I'm guessing Sam wont be meeting Cain (a bit at the beginning and I think a bit at the end)
    -Sam will find out from Cas that he's found Cain and tells Dean
    -Sam will attempt to stop Dean from going after Cain alone
    -Sam will glance at Dean with a worried expression in the last scene of the episode

    Good new Sam fans-I've read a spoiler about Sam's supposed storyline this season, it will happen at the end of the season (last 2 episodes apparently) and it will involve Sam being away from Dean in order to find a way to save him. The brothers will be apart in the last couple of episodes of the season.


    If I had to guess I would say it will be along the lines of the first couple of episodes of the season where we see multiple storylines in the episodes with most of Sam's stuff off screen but mentioned since the show will still be following Dean and he will still be the POV of the show.

    -Cain/Dean, Crowley/Rowena/Dean, Cain/Cas
    -Cole/Dean
    -MOTW
    -Dean/Rowena
    -Cas centric?

    That has been a issue since season 4 and the Sam light episodes started to appear . I am not really watching this season but judging by the promos I would say it will be quite Dean/Cain heavy with Castiel and Crowley with his mum .But it might prove otherwise.

    I posed the link on thewinchesterfamilybusiness already, I cant be bothered to go and look for it again. Basically I googles Supernatural season 10 and found the spoiler a couple of pages in. It doesn't say much other than Sam leaving Dean in the last few episodes of the season in order to find a cure for Dean.

    Jared's twitter, set reports and spoilers. Why wouldnt Sam fans be concerned by his lack of screen time this season especially since theres a distinct lack of actual plot when he is on screen? If he only filmed one day a week but was actually given something to do, an actual storyline then I certainly wouldn't mind so much. As it is I have no reason to tune into a show where my favorite character isnt really needed, utilized or just there because the writers are required to fulfill the actors contract. I'm glad Dean fans are enjoying this season.

    Dont know how the episode will be split but Timothy was in Vancouver for a few days filming. Jensen filmed all but 1 day which is when they probably did the Rowena/Crowley filming. Jared filmed 1 day. Misha judging by how much he's likely to be involved in the episode about 2/3 days. Mark probably 2.


    I know a lot of people like that Sam isnt really a big part of the show anymore and I'm glad Jared is spending time with his family. I just think its odd how Jared is getting something like 150-175,000 dollars for 1 day of filming when Jensen is averaging around 4 days for the same amount of money and Misha and Mark though regulars ear a lot less. I would have thought the CW would have something to say to that in terms of Jared's contract.

    Actually from set and auto hounds reports it looks like Jared filmed 4 or 5 days out of 8 of filming.

    I'm hoping there will be more on that because so far that one site was the only one to have that 'spoiler' which apparently came from the producers at the same time as the spoiler about the big plot twist coming for Dean. The Dean one is being reported on other sites (probably because fans/reviewers/sites actually care about Dean) while the Sam one hasnt. Also the interviews with Carver during the mid season break about Sam's supposed upcoming storyline hasnt really really had the exposure that the Dean spoilers have. I think most people dont really believe Carver when he mentions anything about Sam based on the crap Carver has said in the past. Basically I wouldnt put much stock in any Sam spoilers, I just thought it would be nice to have Sam away from Dean for a while this season like at the beginning of the season which was the only time he actually had anything going on.

    It is a problem when one on the 2 leads of the show has been sidelined from the mytharc episodes for the last txo seasons. Like J2 sais, they have the same conditions in their contracts. I doudt that Jared asked to film only 1 or 2 days per episode but once again, he won't be in this episode.
    I Would be just as mad if Dean fidńt have screetime. Spn is the "epic story of Sam and Dean" and without one of the brothers, it is not supernatural anymore.
    The reason people keep complaining about Sam not getting screetime is because Sam doesn't get screetime.
    If it was Dean, wouldn't you complain ? I Know I would.

    I do think that Cain will allow Dean to kill him too. If we analyse promo video and pictures, we can pretty much guess that Cain fights the blade power and gives it back to Dean, after the elder Winchester stands up. If that happens it's a sad thing, because Cain has so much potential. And what about Abel's side of story?

    And another thing I'm guessing: the MoC was created when an older brother killed his young one and it comes to an end when the same thing happens, or at least its power can be tamed (hence Metatron's cryptic message). Or something like Dean can kill a lot of things to feed the mark, but it only will be truly satiated when he kills his young brother (maybe a curse made by Lucifer to make sure Cain would kill Abel, and the twist is that Cain did awful things not because of the mark but his own will). That will be the source of Dean's angst, pushing him to make bad alliances and hiding things from Sam. That'll be the game change Carver was talking about.

    I gave up about Sam having a storyline. He's pretty much a plot device to Dean's "new" hero journey. He does something to go darkside to save Dean, and is saved in season 11. End of story: Sam saved and Dean the hero.

    Show me the link or the source about JP filming 1 day only. I am following his Twitter and all spoilers and I don't remember seeing this info anywhere. You seems to know everything. Did they report to you? Just curious. And no, there is minimum hours they have to film per episode to get their full compensation. I don't beleive its 1 day out of 8.

    Exactly. I don't know why suddenly Jared is "filming only one day" for every episode came from. I don't like lack of Sam's storyline this season too, but let's not exaturate. Based on M&G reports JP is very happy with Sam this season

    I wouldn't anything ParadiseHeat says seriously. The poster has blamed everything even Jared about this and is only focused on bashing the show and how much time Sam is on screen and making predictions and putting stuff on Jared's Jensen's or writers mouth.
    I have said it before that this kind of posting is venomous and rude but must be fun for her as she continues on and on. I also want more Sam on screen and don't agree how he is portrayed but I at least can say I am respectful about it. Oh, and also saying the show needs to end because you don't get what you want from it is childish. Maybe you should stop watching it then? Same thing. Let us others enjoy it.
    And stop putting words to Jared's mouth. That is just creepy. You don't know him.

    From the clip, I wouldn't be surprised if this isn't in part Cain's way of calling Dean out to use the blade on him. That all the people in the graves Cas found are all dangerous to people, so making Cain's kills his version of kind of feeding the mark through kind of helping people while he waits to get on Dean's radar.


    But also the sneak peak said that it wasn't only the death row prisoner that Cain took but his father too and he was also a wanted felon. Maybe it isn't just the calling Dean out but also the son was innocent or killed because of his dad and took the rap for a father so making it also about the whole thing about Cain being blamed for Abel's death because of simple jealousy rather than his explanation of him doing it to actual save his brother.


    Sure Cain did it for his own free will, but the context changes the motive of the kill, how people react to Cain and how he reacts to himself which as Dean said when they saw the video of dark Charlie context is kind of important. If people hold onto a Dark context with not seeing that it is part of the story it can backfire and make the rage and guilt inside a person worse.


    I think that may also be part of Sam's story, we've had Dean's abandonment issues for years, his rage, his guilt but like it or not Sam has an affect on those. Just like Dean has on him when Sam confessed a lot his actions are affected by how he continually felt he was letting his brother down in Sacrifice.

    The upcoming episodes based on the spoilers
    -Cain/Dean, Crowley/Rowena/Dean, Cain/Cas - Sam is integral and Jared filmed as many days as Jensen in this episode.
    -Cole/Dean - actually Cole/Dean & Sam
    -MOTW
    -Dean/Rowena - Jensen filmed maybe 1-2 days at the most. Jared filmed way longer
    -Cas centric - Castiel is never centric, he's a plot point.

    -Jensen & Jared filmed the same amount of days together so far and will be back on the same day, this Monday.

    Sam has a story, his main story is Dean as it should be, as it should also be for Sam to be Deans. But there is an arc for Sam but in no way shape or form are the boys parting ways, they are in each others lives and only enhance their storylines.

    This kind of posting is IGNORANT. They kick off LONG TIME fans of both this site and the show, for what. people commenting like THEM? How are people that post anything like that worth anything to this site? They come on to bitch and moan their favorite actor had exactly 11.3 seconds less of screen time than this guy, or the writers suck, these characters are so OOC! I am so glad that these people that sign on and complain on this site do not run or write this show.

    Plus a favorite place to come and chat with other people (The Supernatural comment section) has been turned into a sick place where you MUST watch your opinion because some broad that loves the show a wee bit TOO MUCH might become offended and report you. Also because some nimrod wants to complain this actor was not getting paid enough versus this actor who did. Seriously? That is ALL you have in YOUR life? Making people miserable and then defending yourself with (I have a right to say what I want) Actually no you do not that it is to a site mod and in real life you earn your rights.

    Coming online and demanding your rights to say whatever skeevy thing you want DOES NOT count. Mine included. Of course asking these people nicely ONLY receives the same I can say what I want response. Back in 2005-2007-8ish this site USED to be so fun because you could come here and chat with others that liked the shows you did. Now it has turned into an invective spewing place where you only have as much rights as the other guy if you do not complain about their incessant bitching about this show and how unfair it is that Jared works less than Jensen. God fans like you are CREEPY.

    I can see that scenario happening. (Note: This is NOT a Sam vs Dean post either but IS consistent with the way Show expects 'us' - generally speaking - to see Dean and Sam).
    Sam has rarely NOT been a plot device in service of whatever version of Sam the writers wanted at that particular time. As a plot device Sam doesn't have to have feelings or POV. Sam should not have been only a plot device once Gadreel was booted - and he wasn't really - but the times when different writers gave Sam a POV vastly different from Dean's (and I applaud their nerve) many of the fans boo-ed and hissed.
    S9 ended with Demon Dean so S10 presented Carver and the writers with a opportunity to not only 'caregiver roles' between the brothers (somewhat accomplished) but also an opportunity predominantly Dean-centered POV to Sam predominant POV (i.e., 'we' would be mostly looking at Dean's actions and emotions through Sam's eyes and this hasn't happened yet.
    Kripke's pre-Angel plan was to have Sam go darkside to save Dean from Hell, end up (somehow) possessed by the demon 'God' Lucifer and Dean would have to decide whether to kill 'Sam' or save him. Given that at a pre-S4 Convention (don't which one) Kripke said "Sorry, Sam fans, Dean's the real hero" it's pretty clear what EK had decided what Hero!Dean would provably do - after all Dean loved his brother but he wouldn't again put saving his brother ahead of saving the world. When EK added angels it gave him other options.
    So all this meandered discussion could bring the storyline full circle and consistent with EK's original plan IF it's decided to end the series with 11 seasons - with Hero!Dean having to decide whether to kill or save Sam. That's if the series ends at S11; if it goes to 12+ the show will have to something different.
