  1. This was an amazing episode.

I loved how the writers are still keeping us on the edge of our seats while adding new layers of mystery every episode!

  2. Completely agree! The rest of Season Two is going to be great!

  3. I must be in a minority but I'm starting to feel that this show is becoming utterly ridiculous.

  4. I loved the scene where Liz accused Red of only caring about her due to the fulcrum. Spader played it so well. You could tell that he was unsure of exactly what she remembered, and I believe he thought she might have seen the "truth." You could see the slight confusion when she said he was there that night for the fulcrum. Then, as she said her father must have died, you could see he was desperate to tell the truth. He was almost chewing on it. (whatever the truth is...)
The best part was the way he recoiled and shuddered when she told him not to touch her. We are used to seeing Red so cool and under control. (Walking through the prison blacksite with his pump shotgun for example...) He is rarely rendered vulnerable, but he was in that moment. And, Spader did all that.
Megan Boone, on the other hand, can't act. We are supposed to sympathize with her as a character in that scene, but she comes across as empty. and I find myself annoyed with her instead of seeing her perspective.
I really didn't understand her crazed look when she discovered the fulcrum. Where Spader adds depth where it isn't there by script alone, she turns it into mush...

  5. Just my opinion but I think this episode opened the door to moor questions when the doctor at the end said the people were there but played different roles!

  8. Red and Dembe cleaning house and saving Liz. Handsdown the best moment of the episode! Anything else I could care less about, especially Liz and here hissy fit of the week. So Red was there!? It doesn't mean he couldn't have been there to save her.

  9. great point I thought the same thing. Which means we can't trust any of Liz's Flashbacks, right?

  10. It basically just confirmed Red was there which we already knew from the burns, helped her locate the fulcrum, and served to explain why she remembers zero. Back to square one now... Haha!

  11. Lol! Right, back to square one. The Blacklist tends to do that a lot. They love throwing out 2 or 20 questions for every 1 answer they give us, Lol
