Moriarty probably killed March so Watson will be her main focus not March and the killer of Andrew is still unknown though......I do hope they will catch her?
Loved this ep as it had so many levels: Det Bell/Sherlock working together and nice touch at the end with Shelock finally acknowledging him by his first name after a job well done, listening to Holmes pronounce "zebras" like he did, Sherlock showing his supportive side for Watson in her time of need, and March still terrorizing Joan from prison culminating with the subtle/not so subtle return of Moriarty, which led to Watson fully embracing her destiny.... really enjoyed it
I loved the female aspect of this whole episode from raising extinct species through pregnant zebras to the conflict between Elena and Watson to the end game of Moriarty. It was quite unusual pairing of Marcus and Sherlock to solve the case.
I knew when I read that we'll hear from Moriarty we'll actually hear her and not see her on screen. Lol.
I can't decide whether I liked this episode or not. For a supposed Watson-centric ep there was too little of her and too much of the damn zebras. Maybe this was the wrong ep for LL to direct.
But with that said, I really enjoyed Holmes and Bell's partnership. More of that pls.
And maybe now Bell can make a move on Watson? Heh.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Nice touch with Moriarty, really liked it.
ReplyDeleteWow -- was not expecting Moriarity to pop up at the end - what a resolution to Joan's problem. And just like that, the team is back.

ReplyDeleteMarch ordered the hit on Andrew but the killer is unknown and who know who it could be with March dead
ReplyDeletethe killer was found, it was a french imigrant conected to March via her visa
ReplyDeleteI would rewatch this ep just to hear JLM say "zebras" xD
ReplyDeletecouldn't she have come in for a voice-over session? they did the same on Arrow with Caity Lotz
ReplyDeletei never thought Brits said "zebra" different LOL

ReplyDeleteThe killer was already caught when Joan had the conversation between March and Joan at the prison.
ReplyDeleteno e on the end so the e in the center is a short e sound. They say it correct we say it wrong
ReplyDeleteAgreed! It was almost like a dance from the beginning to end. Loved it!
ReplyDeleteOh,Lucy Liu also directed this episode.

Bell to move on Watson? I can't picture them together at all. I don't think this show should pair any of the main characters. At least not so early.
