This might not be what Linstead fans want to hear, but I'm glad they are on break. Chicago PD doesn't need to be saddled with a main romance as I don't see it as that type of show. It just side tracks the action and plotlines.
That being said, I'm sure they will return to Linstead soon enough.
So no more Jay and Erin for now? Loved Jay's attitude. He has always wanted to be honest. Not surprise Erin backed away. Commitment issues. She just doesn't want to make it a serious relationship. I am sure that if she had told Voight everything he would have understood. I mean she is his favorite person
Yes to all those ideas. I just noticed the comment mouse said about how Halstead has everything and he has nothing. Maybe mouse starts to unreal and Halstead try's to help. Chris tried to help a fellow solider. Guy ended up killing chris
If I could post my tweets I would for the review. I love Antonio centric episodes. I didn't see where he would actually go over the ledge in this episode with being undercover.
I'm upset they ended Linstead... It brought back memories from another show. Similar dialogue and same place for the break up amongst partners. I sure hope the writers from CSIM didn't transfer over to CPD!!! I will stop watching if they did
And why on earth would the writers feel the need for Dawson to give anybody relationship advice??? She is the queen of ruining relationships. Maybe they compared how Halstead is in bed or something but it couldn't have been about relationship advice!!!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Well they sank Linstead pretty much immediately.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe they took Linstead away that fast. That's disappointing.
ReplyDeleteOn another not, Mouse is a really great character.
Matt Olmstead said in an interview that they may not successful cool it off, so there's still some hope in that, right?
ReplyDeleteI really like Mouse as well!! Hopefully we'll get to hear some more of that Humvee incident he and Halstead were in.

ReplyDeleteWho is Chris Kyle?
ReplyDeleteBest thing was Mouse! Hate that the writers split up Linstaed so soon. Dawson giving advice to anybody about relationship is just wrong!
