FYI - Syfy is replaying S1 now. Come to think of it, since they're replaying S1 and are on Ep3. I wonder if they'll premier S2 after (meaning end of April)
Dreadful. I was hoping this season would be better than last, but unfortunately so far it's worse. It's disjointed, and all over the place in terms of tone and story, they are changing things from the novel in an attempt to create more tension (Danvers made Clay?), but instead is just making things more confusing. The acting is reaching all time levels of bad, and the story is moving at a snails pace.
On the positive side, it's still a really nice looking show, the Danvers home is beautifully dressed and lit, the PD and cinematographer definitely deserve some praise. The witches are ok, not exactly what i was expecting from the book but still pretty good, especially the older one. I think I'll give it one more episode before I decide if I'm gonna keep watching.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Much better than the last ep. And I was so glad they showed how Clay got bit and by whom. We got some great backstory there.
ReplyDeleteThe witches were awesome. And the ending left me wanting to see more. I am looking forward to the rest of the season.
You're going to love it. I saw the sneak peek for ep three and it's awesome, the witches totally own Jeremy in it.

Great episode. The witches are awesome. Some nicely done mythology hinted at when them and the Otherworld. I liked seeing Clay's origins as well.
ReplyDeleteGreat, bring the witches :D
ReplyDelete'Maybe we should've used chamomile' ha, funny Nick is back.
ReplyDeleteSo far this season is really good.
