There were a lot of excellent scenes both at the Ark and on Mount Weather this week, but I'm going with Clarke telling Abby that she is in control. It was a powerful moment and Abby was the last to realize that Clarke is the de facto leader regardless of title.
ReplyDeleteI'm just swooning over BM's acting. With the little boy..and look of grief over what he's done..to selflessly promising Echo he'll return for her as well as taking her place after she spitted at him no less.
ReplyDeleteWhile Bob was exceptional this episode & its great having Bellamy in action again(mt weather in general was much better this ep than previous) is there really another option to go with besides Clarke Griffin telling off Abby & then threatening Emerson?! Great acting. Cool setting. Tense music. Dark Clarke is ready to play the game & I cannot wait to see how this all unfolds.... Except does anyone else agree that while Clarke's power move so incredibly awesome.. something is sure to bite her in the ass. I mean it's the100. Either way makes for exciting tv!
ReplyDeleteThis episode was just full of great moments. I'm torn between Bellamy's torture and subsequent killing of the guard (these scenes were awesome, kudos to the director) and Clarke and Abby's stand off. Clarke has finally just put an end to who exactly is in charge and it was spectacular. The entire ending 5 minutes was brilliantly done.
ReplyDeleteI chose the Clarke/Abby confrontation at the end of the episode because of it's sheer intensity. but Bellamy saving that grounder by volunteering and then his fight with the guard was a close second. I also like the moment he was finally able to communicate with Clarke over the radio. That scene was so hopeful, with all of the pieces finally coming together to create a plan. It represented the true beginning of the coming battle

ReplyDeleteI loved this episode but I have to say one of my favorite scenes was when Jasper confronted Dante. I just felt so much emotion when he yells at him 'NO!' just like no more games where are they!!
ReplyDeleteSame here; it is really difficult to choose since the episode as a whole brought a lot of great scenes, but I'll also have to go with that one and for the very same reasons
ReplyDeleteThe last scene with Clarke/Abby/Emmerson. One of my favrotie scenes of the entire series.
ReplyDeleteI think it has to be badass Clarke at the end informing Abby that she rules the people now. Eliza Taylor is just consistently knocking it out the park each week. I like how at the moment she is toeing that darker line. She hasn't fully jumped onto the other side yet, she is content to test the boundaries at the moment. Her darker side is something I really hope they explore. It makes me wonder after Bellamy witnessing the pre-schoolers if he will be the one to fully restore her humanity.
ReplyDeleteThat was a great scene and the only reason I didn't vote for it is because it was so completely anti-climatic. I expected a big finish and then they just walk to the gate and it's over.
