The number of the week appears to be way too significant here, cause she gets to meet with Reese AND Finch (only time this happened this season has been in Panopticon & Nautilus. Guilty don't count, as Emma didn't exactly see Reese's face in the blackout after saving her & Finch).
And Fusco.... has been in EVERY EPISODE this season so far, which is a very good thing!
I think Caleb might end up playing a bigger role than we're all expecting. They've kept him away from all promo pics and press release for 4x17 has not been released yet. Most of the PoI press releases come out 3 weeks in advance although sometimes they are posted 2 and a half weeks out.
True. Although the promo pics for 4x12 were released very late (on a Saturday 3 days before the episode aired) but that is understandable after coming off of 4x11.
John and Dominic conversation should be interesting.
So happy root is here, she most likely will be doing scenes on her on while finch and Reese tackle the number/brotherhood stuff. but who is she following, her demeanor seems to be a tad bit different since M.I.A. like she calmed down a little but some of it is still there.
Are you referring just to season 4, because I think in the other seasons there were some numbers who got to meet both of them. Monica from 2x19 Trojan Horse comes to mind ...
She's in this episode... isn't it crazy that when i go to facebook, imdb, and other tv websites that poi fans really want to see root as much as they did earlier this season ? if this was season 1 or 2 that would not have been the case. But credit to Amy Acker and the writers of POI to take John and Harold's most dangerous nemesis and develop her character to the point where not only she a trusted ally but people who may not have liked the character all of a sudden really want to see more of her story told ( which i have seen many ? ) however the machine did tell her to stop but when she went away and came back in Q & A and greeted john in the subway cave she took off fast.. almost as if her demeanor has changed despite the fact she seems to be resuming her roles as the machines analog. This episode looks like the number is being targeted maybe by brotherhood members so it will be brotherhood centric. but i understand what you mean, Root has been the best Character this season but give it time.

I'm thinking about three storylines: Reese and Finch with the number, and consequently with Dominic, who threatens her, Root with Caleb, as they are both nerds, and Martine with the Governor, threatening him (or worse) because of some moral qualms he is beginning to develop about his alliance with Samaritan.
Yep, Ms. Acker has created a stunning character by her distinctive work! It's just so delightful - she definitely deserves the best ratings and awards for this. Best tv actress in the world right now. I would like so much to see her starring in some great Hollywood movie, made by a genius director. She is such a unique and exquisite treasure, I just don't understand, what people like Woody Allen are waiting for.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Woah, a Dominic and Reese conversation. That'll be really interesting.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Bear!
Dominic and Reese - this should be a great scene.
ReplyDeleteRoot, Bear and Dominic plus someone from a past episode....Deal!
ReplyDeleteWonder if they keep the streak going from now on and have old characters return.

Not a problem. And yes, I was referring to just Season 4.
