You know, I thought when Root walked away from Finch that it would be a sign that perhaps Root will turn her head away from technology as it "did her wrong" by telling her to stop going after Shaw. That would be a huge addition to Root's character since she was so technology-prone ever since her first appearance.
At the very least, I hope you're right. That one singular moment could lead way to some very interesting stuff with Root because it could turn towards something in her life where she's now re-thinking her ideals and beliefs.
Its amazing what Amy Acker has done in season 4. i can honestly say she has been the most powerful and emotional character performance this season with only Emmerson rivaling her. This woman has a gift for making people cry and making their hearts melt ( i have seen If-Then-Else too many times i ran out of emotion to give and haven't watched it since and M.I.A. was just disturbing and stellar ). Emmy award has been overdue since season 3 to be honest because that was the season that really launched it. should also gave made credit to Sarah though as i think at a time when Sarah and Amy were really hated, they're organic connection as characters really helped one another.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
There's my lady :)

ReplyDeleteTrue. She is quite the free spirit. Unfair to keep someone like that caged...
ReplyDeleteRoot and Harold = Automatic gold, whatever the circumstance. So glad to see that she will back sooner than we all expected.
ReplyDeleteWe miss funny Shaw but we still have Root!!!!
ReplyDeleteDat smile.... practically screams "I'm just getting started bitch"...
ReplyDeleteFinch trying to stop Terminatrix Root.
ReplyDeleteSo cute.
That guy looks like a mix between Michael Chiklis and Stephen Lang.
ReplyDeleteThat last pic of Harold looking longingly at someone/something slays me. I wonder if he is trying to bring Root back but she shrugs him off.
ReplyDeleteDamn, Root is looking pretty sexy in those pics.
ReplyDeleteMe too I thought she'd be missing for like 3/4 episodes but glad it looks like it's only 1 as I love the character root
ReplyDeleteRoot *-*
ReplyDeleteHmmm well Root is still around that is encouraging.
ReplyDeleteNothing quite like Root and her 2 gun diplomacy.
