    This poster.... I'm not saying it is unflattering, but I DID think for a few seconds that I am looking at a man in a very unconvincing woman make-up.

    Interesting fact that the inspiration for the animators for the Little Mermaid film version of the cartoon character Ursula was the real life drag queen, Devine (of John Waters film fame). Turning a cartoon octopus Ursula into a land based real life character that won't give kiddies nightmares is probably why this actress is dressed the way she is. Happily ever after fairy tale inspired "Once Upon A Time" is intended to appeal to families and not scare the sh_t out of them :)

    Yes, it's not only the outfit but her face. She looks really bored. In contrast to Cruella and Maleficient she does not seem very convincing.
