Brokering shadowy deals for criminals across the globe, Red was known by many as “The Concierge of Crime” and now the FBI work for him as he identifies a “blacklist” of politicians, mobsters, spies and international terrorists. He will help catch them all… with the caveat that Elizabeth “Liz” Keen (Megan Boone) continues to work as his partner.
“The Blacklist, from Sony Pictures Television and Davis Entertainment, also stars Diego Klattenhoff, Harry Lennix, Ryan Eggold, Amir Arison and Mozhan Marno.
At 10 p.m. Tuesdays, “Chicago Fire” is delivering a 2.8 rating, 9 share in adults 18-49 and 10.1 million viewers overall this season, making it NBC’s #2 drama in both measures. “Chicago Fire” has ranked #1 or tied for #1 in 18-49 among the time period’s dramas on ABC, CBS and NBC through 11 of 13 original telecasts so far this season.
From Emmy winner Dick Wolf, “Chicago Fire” is an edge-of-your-seat view into the lives of everyday heroes committed to one of America’s noblest professions. For the firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51, no occupation is more stressful or dangerous, yet so rewarding and exhilarating. These courageous men and women are among the elite who forge headfirst into danger when everyone else is running the other way and whose actions make the difference between life and death.

#OneChicago Yeah bitch!
ReplyDeleteAll of them were pretty granted, but I thought they would wait and see how The Blacklist does on Thursdays
ReplyDeleteSo excited for Grimm and Chicago PD.
ReplyDeleteAwesome for The Blacklist, Chicago Fire & PD
ReplyDeleteWhat a shocker...
ReplyDeleteAm over the moon happy with Grimm's renewal ! Grimm is a jolt of fun for me each week.
ReplyDeleteGRIMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YAY!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYay The Blacklist and Grimm! So this means that a fourth season of The Blacklist is all but assured now 'cause of syndication, right? Which it should do VERY well in, given its huge DVR numbers.
ReplyDeleteI'm very happy for The Blacklist, Chicago PD and SVU
ReplyDeleteUnreasonable - never! While my level of love for Grimm has varied (I loved it so much back in Season 2 I literally would run to the couch and flop down to watch) it is still one of the reasons I look forward to the end of the week.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy Grimm was renewed.I wasn't quite sure it would be but...YaY!!
ReplyDeleteNot surprised that The Blacklist or Chicago Fire and PD got renewed,i was always expecting they would be.
Sorry but its really time for SVU to pack it in...of course that's my opinion..
GREAT NEWS! So excited for Grimm - this season has really stepped it up so I hope they can keep the momentum going thru this season and into next.
ReplyDeleteAlso super excited about The Blacklist - James Spader is one of my favorite actors so anything that keeps him on my screen longer deserves a happy dance!
I gave up on SVU a long time ago but congrats to the fans!
I may have to check out the Chicago's now....especially if they do add a medical version to the mix (I'm a sucker for the medical dramas!).
I always view it as the little, entertaining show that succeeded on Friday night. When it first aired there was a lot of skepticism, hatred and comparison to Supernatural, some even calling it a rip off. So, I am happy that it has succeeded and is going on to S5.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure it will be but they are talking about the 2015/2016 season which will be their 3rd season.
ReplyDeleteShare your love but have actually found this season to be one of my favorites - Monroe's kidnapping and rescue, Wu's joining the team, Juliette's dosey - doe with being a hexenbiest, and Mama Renard 's introduction have been among the highlights of the series for me. Miss Trubel though.
ReplyDeleteAnd a full third season, which is likely what TBL got, means a fourth season. Especially considering the Blacklist already has a syndication deal in place.
ReplyDeleteAaand Constantine is cancelled, I take it...
ReplyDeleteDo you watch Grimm because it wasn't a lock for a 5th season.
ReplyDeleteThe Blacklist!!!!!!! Also good news Grimm!!! SUV
ReplyDeleteMaybe, but SVU's ratings haven't been that powerful lately; probably because of Empire
ReplyDeleteYes! I love Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and The Blacklist. Great news!
ReplyDeleteYep,agreed!
ReplyDeleteSo this means The Blacklist is already renewed for a season 4 as well.
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah, Chicago PD, that's the stuff!!!
ReplyDeleteThis just reminds me how little of NBC I watch these days..
ReplyDeleteI know it is probably unreasonable but I really look forward to my hour of Grimm each week - love the cast and the balance the show has struck between funny and fantasy and horror.
ReplyDeleteSame here ;)

ReplyDeletePretty much.
I think giving Olivia Benson more power revitalized SVU so I wasn't surprised at its renewal. And I hope The Blacklist blows its Thursday competition off the screen .
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm so happy to see the news that Grimm got early renewal! Isn't all that surprising either, since it's one of the top scripted shows on Friday nights!
ReplyDeleteHELL YEAH to The Blacklist! So happy to have more James Spader as the epic Reddington next season even though it was obvious :)
ReplyDeleteGRIMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! YAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
ReplyDelete* happy dance*
I know when the first PR started for it I had my doubts but the cast and the show's sense of humor totally had me at first glance. As soon as Monroe and Nick started forming their friendship I knew there was a good thing brewing here. Didn't OUAT and GRIMM start about the same time ? I remember thinking the networks were nuts putting on 2 new supernatural shows and boy, was I wrong !
ReplyDeleteNever was worried about Grimm anyway but it's nice to have confirmation.
ReplyDeleteAgree that the momentum and plots have improved on GRIMM this season. Really enjoying it.
ReplyDelete:(
ReplyDeleteI could see a 6 episode final season renewal though
Shame if it is because the show had potential in its corner and a strong lead actor but its birthing missteps killed it I fear.
ReplyDeleteI figure only because of Empire.
ReplyDeleteNot on the list? Not The Voice, Dateline or The Apprentice? Not a mid season show yet to air? Then you are cancelled.
ReplyDeleteBasically Cancelled-
Constantine
All current comedies
State Of Affairs
Mysteries of Laura
I'm not a Blacklist regular viewer, but now that the show is going to 66 episodes, I have to ask something, what's the highest number to appear on The Blacklist?
ReplyDeleteit'll get at least 88 but if I'm not mistaken I've already seen numbers above 200, which is close to 10 seasons.
Same here. After the writers of Chicago Fire finally released me out of this misery by killing off Shay, I don't watch any NBC show anymore.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant news!! Yay for Blacklist! And it looks like NBC is looking forward to more SVU/CF/CPD crossovers! (and I am too :)
ReplyDeleteAll my shows are safe for another season.NBC,you made my day!
ReplyDeleteThat was all good. I just had a few issues. But I still really love it as I said.
ReplyDeleteGrimm will definitely get to 100+ episodes now. I'm so happy for the show!!! It defied the odds of Friday night death slot and having Chuck as its lead-in in S1 was a task that it had to conquer as that show generated horrible ratings in the final 2 seasons. Good for NBC renewing it early.
ReplyDeleteI think 160 and something it's the highest number. Of course, the list may have thousands of names, but I don't think they would show number 1026 or something, and that somehow makes it limited.
ReplyDeleteI qm hoping for the mysteries of lzura
