How to Get Away With Murder - Season 2 Renewal Confirmed

If you didn't catch it, because your jaw hit the floor at the end of the season finale, ABC confirmed the season 2 renewal of How to Get Away with Murder in a teaser after the episode ended. The renewal was hinted by series star Viola Davis last month. Watch the teaser below.

    Is it even possible for a non CBS show to pull over a 2.3 on a regular basis and not be renewed? Like in the last couple of years? Seems impossible. lol

    How people watch TV has completely changed in the last 10 years, especially because there is so much choice now (more cable channels producing original content, streaming services etc). So the huge numbers that shows used to get just rarely happen now because people DVR things, catch-up on legal sites, buy via ITunes so they can watch at when they want.


    It is fascinating when you look at shows cancelled 6 years ago for example, they would be consider hits now!

    BURN! I really didin't buy that so-called 'email' from one of the CW executives that said 'Yup It's non sense', it would be PR suicide.


    Besides it's not like TVBTN can deny that the show is 10000000% renewal anyway lol

    And to be honest, I like shortened seasons now. Makes us get lesser filler episodes. Binge-watched HTGAWM in 2 days! My head is filled with crazy theories. Lol. And no, I still don't have watched the latest two episodes, so mind you. ;)

    So happy this was announced last night I am so excited for the second season. This season was so good, I've never seen a show like this before it's so entertaining and fun to watch. This cast is also wonderful and everyone has chemistry which is great to see.
