    I don't know why but I feel like Herman will die, Amelia seems too confident about this from the beginning.

    Agreed! Quite predictable I think. Plus as much as I love the Herman character, her dying makes for a better storyline. Amelia will get all depressed because she pushed to hard, her sobriety will be put in danger...Which in turn will push her closer to Owen, and will probably be the thing that brings Derek home. Which will be a twist instead of coming home for Mer he comes home to help his sister, and realises he wants to stay with his family. BOOM that takes us to the season finale! ;)
