No. this is the original Red Hood. Joker was pretending to be him when he had the moniker in "The Killing Joke". But the Red Hood existed before the Joker.
Yeah, but i don't get it... When they announced "The Joker" and then an episode called "Red Hood" i tought they were going that way out of the bat: The Joker being Red Hood and then he was gonna get desfigurate by the end of this episode... Guess i was wrong... :(
