Huh. So if Carl was a Boxer during Daredevil's origin then he must be about 40 in Agents Of Shield and about 20 in Daredevil?

I think its more likely that the Carl in Daredevil is the father of the Carl from AOS.

ReplyDeleteI think Daredevil is set in the present day, like AoS, so Creel wouldn't be younger. Everything in the MCU is contemporary except Captain America: The First Avenger and its direct continuation, Agent Carter.

ReplyDeleteJack Murdock dies while Matt Murdock is a kid, so if he's still alive (as per the picture) then this must be the past.
If they're following the comic origin then in Daredevil: Yellow they were one and the same person. Jack Murdock was meant to take the fall for Carl Creel but he didn't. Later on Carl became the Absorbing Man.

ReplyDeleteHe only died when Matt was a kid in the Ben Affleck movie.

ReplyDeleteJack Murdock was still fighting when Matt was an adult. In fact Jack's death for not taking a dive is what ultimately leads Matt to becoming Daredevil.

ReplyDeleteYes, Creel will be a young guy(probably 18 or so) fighting an over-the-hill veteran in Jack Murdock. Murdock is probably a can or gatekeeper at this point in his career.
