Battle Creek - Episode 1.01 - Pilot
FBI AGENT MILT CHAMBERLAIN AND DET. RUSS AGNEW PARTNER FOR THE FIRST TIME TO CLEAN UP THE HARDSCRABBLE STREETS OF BATTLE CREEK, MICH., ON THE SERIES PREMIERE OF “BATTLE CREEK,” SUNDAY, MARCH 1
Dean Winters, Josh Duhamel, Academy Award Nominee and Golden Globe Award Winner Janet McTeer, Kal Penn, Aubrey Dollar and Edward Fordham, Jr. Star
Teleplay by Executive Producers David Shore and Vince Gilligan
“The Battle Creek Way” – Jaded Det. Russ Agnew reluctantly partners with charming FBI Agent Milt Chamberlain to solve a drug-related double homicide, but while Milt investigates with the high-tech resources of the FBI, Russ prefers old-school police work and instinct, on the series premiere of BATTLE CREEK, Sunday, March 1 (10:00-11:00, ET/PT), on the CBS Television Network. Dean Winters, Josh Duhamel, Academy Award Nominee and Golden Globe Award Winner Janet McTeer, Kal Penn, Aubrey Dollar and Edward Fordham, Jr. star. The teleplay was written by executive producers David Shore and Vince Gilligan.
BATTLE CREEK stars Josh Duhamel and Dean Winters in a drama about two mismatched law enforcement officers whose polar opposite views of the world and crime-solving breed frustration, disdain, humor and possibly a grudging respect as they clean up the hardscrabble streets of Battle Creek, Mich. Det. Russ Agnew, a good but gruff, hard-boiled detective, has his world upended when strikingly handsome, charismatic Special Agent Milton Chamberlain opens an FBI field office at the police station and chooses Russ to be his partner. Milt’s polished sophistication and access to unlimited state-of-the-art equipment is impressive to his new co-workers in the absurdly underfunded department. As Russ and Milt work long hours together in the economically distressed city of Battle Creek, the question is: will it be Milt’s charm and endless supply of high-end resources or Russ’s old-fashioned cynicism, guile and deception that prove to be the keys to catching the bad guys in his beloved hometown? Janet McTeer, Kal Penn, Edward Fordham, Jr. and Aubrey Dollar also star.

Thanks for posting! Looking forward to meeting Pride's father on NCIS: New Orleans. And apparently Madam Secretary continues the Marsh investigation, which is an interesting aspect of the show. Battle Creek's pilot was great and I'm looking forward to subsequent episodes!
ReplyDeleteLol at that TAAHM series finale press release. I don't watch the show but it will be interesting to see if Charlie Sheen returns. But apparently that is a surprise!
Taahm are major teases. I'm not even sure if I want Charlie to appear, but either I'm not ready for the show to end. Just a couple eps away from the finale.
ReplyDeleteI really don't know why CBS didn't burn off Scorpion's eps till mid march and let BC take their time slot.
Looking forward to the Odd Couple, Madam Secretary and Battle Creek!
ReplyDeleteThe final episode of Two and a Half Men most likely the guest cast will include Rose, Everlyn, Judith, Herb and Jenny. Charlie will probaly be back.
