A punch in the face proves to be a surprisingly effective legal tactic. Nice one, Laurel. That was her finest work as an ADA. Oh, and Virtigo is a helluva drug.
Liked that subtle pinch to the guardian that made him go gaga. Somehow they made his escape seem plausible, even though Count Vertigo deserves more than 1 guard.
If you're in law enforcement, stepping foot into Starling City just makes you inept as hell. That Marshal probably only managed to hit someone with a bullet because he was drugged.
So they are unable to catch any decent criminal without the help of Arrow and now they can't even bother to put more than one guard to such an important criminal. LOL why do they even have a justice system there?
It's all a part of making everyone look inept just so Laurel can shine. Which is what the writers have been doing the past 3 episodes by leaving Digg back in the foundry. At least, that's how I feel about it :/
Central City seems to have things down :) Well, unless metahumans are involved... On second thought, don't move to Central City, there are metahumans there :p
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteWell, to be fair, law enforcement in Starling City is generally pretty inept.
ReplyDeleteGood point. ;-)

ReplyDeleteWow, Arrow's stunts are either awesome or cringe worthy. Why is that?
ReplyDeleteScarecrow references. Lol.
ReplyDeleteI was bored. Next clip please.
ReplyDeleteshe had no choice though! the marshal was shooting people so what else can she do.
ReplyDeleteHuh? Why are you directing this comment at me? I wasn't criticizing Laurel.
ReplyDeleteI know I was just point out why she did it....never mind that!
ReplyDeleteSo they are unable to catch any decent criminal without the help of Arrow and now they can't even bother to put more than one guard to such an important criminal. LOL why do they even have a justice system there?
ReplyDeleteAgain with the monsters and the aliens?? *yawn*
ReplyDeleteWhat else she could do? Let him shooting people? LOL.
ReplyDeleteAs I mentioned previously, I wasn't criticizing Laurel.
ReplyDeleteDon't blame local law enforcement on this one. Those are US Marshalls handling Vertigo's transport.

ReplyDeleteSo another division of law enforcement is useless. Tomato tomahto... What would we do without our emrald archer?
ReplyDeleteMove to Blüdhaven?
ReplyDeleteCentral City seems to have things down :) Well, unless metahumans are involved... On second thought, don't move to Central City, there are metahumans there :p
ReplyDeleteI don't care how she got to this point. Finally laurel gets something to do.
ReplyDeleteThen face the useless law enforcement there and depend on night wing. Nah.. I will stick with Arrow.
ReplyDeleteWell, if Dick is on the police force, then not all law enforcement in Bludhaven is inept. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt could be worse, it could be the FBI from The Following. Only survived one season of that show.
So this was the scene we saw them filming bts, it looks good, love Laurel's running punch.
ReplyDeleteStill he needs to put a mask to get justice done. :p
ReplyDeleteLOL, true enough, but at least he's not inept during his day job!
ReplyDeletefuture Nightwing city
ReplyDeleteIn the DCU there is no metropolitan area with law enforcement that gets a passing grade. It's a pick your poison situation.
ReplyDeleteWhen all else fails there's always Canada.
