Andrea's saying that Jones and crew thought Cassie was a meaningless person who's death/life wouldn't effect anything ("She's not the mission", ect). Obviously they were wrong.
Broyles had a messed up eye, Charlie had a scar on his cheek and was nicknamed "Scarlie" by viewers, and Lincoln was badly disfigured after he was burned. David Robert Jones also became disfigured as time went on.
