  1. So torn between Peggy, Natasha, May and Sif...

I'm glad Pepper's not on there. That would have made things harder...

  2. It's harder than I thought. I want to choose all of them! But I voted for Natasha Romanoff and Bobbi Morse.

  10. It was worth submitting this poll just to get this comment!

I love the great variety of capable and strong women the MCU has given us. In addition

  11. I wasn't really thinking of villains since most of the MCU women so far have been on the good side, but you're right.

  12. I wasn't really thinking of villains since most of the MCU women so far have been on the good side, but yeah, you're right.

  13. This is about being badass in the physical sense of fighting, not to discount any other type of capability.

  14. They all are, but I had to go with my girls Natasha and Peggy.

  15. Pepper - maybe (Iron Man 3).
Jane - Her? A "badass"? Nope.
    Skye - more and more.
Jemma - Well... I don't know, she has been toughened by recent events, but she's still quite weak.

  16. No this question isn't necessarily only about the physical sense. That's just your interpretation of the question, there is nothing said in it though to say it's only asking about the phyisical sense of being a badass.

  17. And thanks for submitting the poll, I love talking about the MCU.

I think even if Janet Wasp isn't in Ant-man then Hope will take over the title and be a badass. Jessica Jones should be an interesting one because of her history and well Captain Marvel is going to kick so much ass there may be no ass left to kick!

  18. While they refuse to confirm it (Marvel and their secrecy!), I'm pretty sure Hope Van Dyne will take on the mantle of the Wasp, even if not right away. They DID cast Evangeline Lilly, who has plenty of action chops from Lost and the last 2 Hobbit films, and we've already seen her kickbox and a wield a gun in the promos. Clearly, Hope is a woman of action. They probably just couldn't use Janet because she's Hank Pym's contemporary, and he's an old man in this movie. Most likely, Hope will take over from Janet in the same way Scott Lang is taking over from Hank.

Regarding Sharon Carter, I really think it's time for Revenge to end and the ratings would agree, so hopefully EVC will be available for a recurring role on AoS next season! (In addition to a bigger role in Captain America: Civil War which NEEDS to happen) Maybe Sharon can be a CIA liaison for our dear agents - they can even play it so she's an acquaintance of Mack's, because he too worked for the CIA in the comics. And of course, there's always the potential for fun references to her grandmother/great aunt/whatever Peggy ends up being in the MCU.

  19. Black Widow *.*

  20. I do that too , l loved reading this.

  21. Maria Hill, no superpowers or gadgets but held her own against big-time villains

    ReplyDelete
  22. Romanoff and May.

    ReplyDelete
  23. So hard to choose because they're all super badass.

I guess I'd go with Natasha as the most badass.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Yeah Hope has to be Wasp and I can't wait for it. The more female heroes the better!

I agree Revenge should wrap things up this season, Sharon would be a great addition to AOS and she should definitely be in Civil War!

  25. Gonna go with Natasha and Maria! Boom! Cannot believe Pepper isn't on this poll!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Skye, i know many of you would say she is not badass, but wait to see her in the future.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Except for possibly Melinda May because she needs now powers to be a badass and she helped shape Skye into who she is now.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I think her shooting Ward marked her ascension to badass and that was before she got powers.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yeah and now she will be more badass than anyone i know from the marvel Universe.

  30. idk but I want all the ladies listed to be in one movie together. I don't care how. I just want it! :')

    ReplyDelete
  31. Oh, but I also love Mystique and Storm too! I pretty much love all the Marvel ladies, I can't choose a fave.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Black Widow being so badass made her my favorite Avenger. And Agent May and Bobbi are my favorites on AOS

    ReplyDelete
  33. I had to vote for Carter and Black Widow but I mean... So hard to choose. All the Marvel women are excellent.

  34. Here's the thing: the term "Marvel Cinematic Universe" refers specifically to movies (and TV shows) actually made by Marvel Studios. Marvel sold the rights to several of its franchises to other studios many years ago - the X-Men and Fantastic Four movies are being made by 20th Century Fox, and the Spider-Man movies by Sony Pictures. So none of these movies take place in the same universe as Captain America, Thor, The Avengers, etc. It's also why Marvel doesn't have the rights to use Spider-Man, mutants and the likes in their projects.
