I've exhaused any possible comment about this clip in a different thread, but something occurred to me about Kol's future predicament. The spell that put Kol in Kaleb's body, and allowed Esther to keep jumping bodies, is definitely not a passenger spell, regardless of any similarities. This is something witches do, something that Klaus had witches help him do only temporarily. I don't think this particular spell can be permanent, especially not for a 1,000-year-old Original vampire spirit, because that would violate nature too much. Travelers used the passenger spell to make body switches permanent, but witches never condoned the behavior of travelers. I think that if all of the Originals had taken Esther's deal, they would have been jumping bodies forever to avoid both natural death and Dalia's curse. The only way to really save Kol would be to put him back in his old body, if he can find a witch willing to do that. Davina might help him back into his old body if he explains whatever is wrong with him, but that would be the end of their relationship. Rebekah doesn't have any kind of forgiving nature.
I don't watch Supernatural. I don't know what will happen to Kol, but in a few weeks he'll be dying, out of options, and he'll ask Rebekah for help because he won't want to tell Davina whatever's happening.
For as much as it's silly and doesn't make sense that she'd be into him, I do find Davina to be much more tolerable now, lol. Now if he goes total psycho and wants to make out with her while his face is covered in blood... yeah... get away Davina! Don't fall for it like that other crazy witch back in the day! Eek!
I find her very!intolerable now!! Idc that she's in a relationship with him specifically. (I don't ship them, nor does it bother me) She wants to get her kicks while she's still young enough to get them, fine be my guest, w/e. But since she's gotten with him, she went from this, tough badass witch, to this naive little school girl. It annoys me.
I like them as a couple... but I feel they are rushed. I don't know I don't trust Kol I think he is just using her. I kind of liked the Klaus and Davina scenes. Is that weird.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
aw but Klaus and Davina teamed up, they're supposed to be allies

ReplyDeletewhat's wrong with Kol? and how would that even work, is it like on Supernatural when Angels take Vessels that aren't their True Vessels?

ReplyDeleteI could take any explanation, I just want Nate Buzolic to be Kol again. He may save the grace of the character.
ReplyDeleteThis is where Josh should come in and tell Davina....get awayyyy.
