    Olalalalala. This should be good! When it comes down it is most likely to be wolves vs vampires.
    Hoped we would get more on the werewolf mythology. But who knows maybe it'll happens a bit later on.

    You know Hayley, he's not really the threat anymore. He's pretty much doing everything to protect Hope wich, given her rather unique state, is the best one can do for her.


    Hayley is a threat towards her own child at this point, within the animal kingdom it's even a rite for the alpha male to kill his mating partners children before mating with her. I could easily see Jackson going after the kid

    She could just mean that Klaus being the father is a threat to her daughter. If Hayley had chosen to have a child with someone else - all this probably wouldn't be happening. The Originals might not be in NOLA at all, Esther & Mikael maybe wouldn't be threats, etc... Hayley might not have died and been able to keep the baby with her in NOLA if someone else had been the father.

    "You're the threat, Klaus." This is why I'm glad Hayley became a hybrid. She can't hide her true feelings anymore, and if the werewolves are using her, it's no big deal because she's probably using them too. I see a war coming between the Originals and the werewolves, with Hayley leading the wolves. It might not happen until next season, but I'm about 98% sure it's going to happen. Klaus and Hayley are both too volatile and territorial not to fight over Hope at some point even if they don't fight over the city.

    I see where you're coming from, but Hayley did have a choice. Klaus never forced himself on her. They were both drunk when Hope was conceived, and then Hayley chose to have the baby because she just wanted to have a baby. Hayley is supposed to be street smart. After everything she's done, she brought this on herself.

    Hayley wanted to abort the child in 1x02 though and Klaus didn't seem very supportive of her decision to do that and free herself from him.

    I see that the impending nuptials, accompanying ceremony, and pack politics are already screwing with Hayley's head and jerking her loyalties around.

    Damn, I hate almost all things werewolf on this show. I wish the Originals would pave the bayou and wipe out the wolves (except Josh's boyfriend). Once again, Plec & Co. have failed to make wolves interesting so just scrap all this and send Hayley back to the Quarter where she belongs.

    Technically, Hayley didn't choose to have a baby with anyone period. Having hot sex was not a mistake but getting pregnant was... She most likely didn't think she would need protection with Klaus since he was a hybrid. LITTLE did she know....... I am sure she was not a virgin with Klaus and I am sure she was careful about getting pregnant... she just didn't think it was possible with Klaus.....

    Good point, the baby is very much threat to Jackson, Klaus was able to procreate, so does this mean that Hayley can procreate as well? Technically, Jackson could impregnate Hayley and this would put Jackson loyalties to his flesh and blood before Hayley's and Klaus' child.

    The show still has not explored how Klaus and Hayley were able to have a baby. It would be neat if they played it along the lines that it has something to do with Hayley's bloodline....which could mean she would be able to have more.....despite being a vampire.

    Agreed. The wolves come across as backwards and unsophisticated....which I am sure is not the case. Something needs to happen here.....Julie and co. need to pick up some stuff from Bitten.

    They've had since TVD's season two to do something interesting with wolves and have yet to do so. After that much time without any creative progress, I'm not at all confident they can turn it around no matter what they do.

    I think they can turn it around....all they have to do is bring in a new family, as the writers have not written themselves into a hole yet...IMO. The issue is that they need to keep the wolves down, so that they will accept nu-Hayley (hybrid)...otherwise, why would they follow her....

    I have to say that I am LOVING how Klaus is trying to put his foot down....should be interesting.

    his episode looks good, but where is Elijah. Dont like that Klaus is getting blamed. She had a choice to sleep with Klaus but yea she did not know she was getting pregnet. I am sorry I hate this whole wedding storyline with Jackson and Haley maybe its because I am a different ship. I cant believe I am going to say this because I like Haley but she is acting stupid at this ceremony everyone will know that Hope is alive... so that is her fault. Klaus and Elijah are trying to protect her. I think something is up with Jackson I don't trust him. I am usually not liking Klaus yelling at Haley but this episode I can understand. And when the grandmother said about Klaus being a vampire he is a hybrid

    You have an interesting prediction,. I for one hope Haley and Jackson dont have kids I dont want to see that. This whole storyline to me I dont like. I know that Elijah and Klaus will do anything to protect her, I just hope, hope does not get kidnapped. And Marcel does not know Hope is alive. And who is the visitor that comes for Elijah?? I hope Haley does not betray the Originals I would not trust Jackson. And if she betrays Elijah being I am a Elijah and Haley fan I will not be happy. But I can understand if that happened maybe she is brainwashed. I was watching last night and I thought Haley was stupid going along with the ceremony. Was happy that Klaus forgave Elijah. But how many times has Elijah forgave him. That was a emotional scenes. Love the Elijah and Klaus moments and that is why I dont want it to get ruined by a love triangle.

    Hayley being brainwashed is a pretty big stretch. This is a show where villains show their multifaceted sides and can be seen as heroes once in a while depending on the circumstances. It's true that Klaus' life is dangerous for Hope, and that's why Hope was sent away to live in a safe house for the time being, but the Original family would be more capable of protecting a baby than werewolves who were driven out of the city centuries ago, were hunted by vampires every month, and were cursed by witches to stay in wolf form for the majority of the month. If Hayley really is going to use Klaus' past as an excuse to pick a fight and try to take Hope away, then Hayley is betraying ALL of the Originals, especially Elijah. Hayley is not stupid. If she is truly being manipulated, she undoubtedly knows it. You don't play a player. Jackson is just offering Hayley something she wants, and as I've already said, Hayley will step on anyone to get the family she's been searching for. I would not put it past her to enter into an arranged marriage for this, whether or not she's just using Jackson. Who knows, he might genuinely care about her. I guess we'll find out soon enough exactly how far everyone's loyalty goes.

    I don't think Hope will get kidnapped. When I read in the synopsis that Elijah will have the fight of his life, I figured that Mikael will probably show up at the safe house, and he would show no mercy for Hope. Even though Finn forced Esther onto that pentagram, there's a possibility that Mikael volunteered, zealot that he is. In a couple of weeks, Finn is supposed to have a powerful new ally from his past, so he won't need to draw power from Mikael and Esther anymore, and someone will probably free them soon anyway. Hopefully nothing will happen to little Hope, but I think that she should be sent away from Klaus, Hayley, and Elijah. Klaus and Hayley would tear her apart fighting over her, and Elijah thinks of her as some symbol that can help him save his family, which is way too big a burden to put on an infant. Especially in that family. Hope needs to be sent to a place where no one would look, to be raised by a family capable of protecting her in their own way if anything happens. That or Hope needs to start displaying some witch power fast.

    I remember Klaus just looking at the jar of wolfsbane and not saying anything. At the time the EPs were saying that he didn't really care if he had a baby or not, so that's probably why he didn't really react to Hayley considering an abortion. A lot of men get mixed feelings about having children until their first child is already born. Now Klaus will do anything to protect Hope. In those early episodes, though, he wouldn't have overreacted to Hayley having an abortion because it would have meant one less thing to worry about while he was struggling to overthrow Marcel.

    Yea I guess nobody does not know what is going to happen. I do know that Elijah and Klaus will do anyhthing to protect hope. And I did not think of Mikel I keep on forgetting he is not gone, but Elijah will do anything to protect Hope. I like Haley but she is not using her head and I hope Klaus will stop it but I dont think that will happen and I hope she does not turn her back on Elijah he is the one that has been there for her not the wolves and this is the man that she loves. I could see this being a problem for the rest of the season and season 3 will deal with Dalia. What will it be Klaus and Elijah against the world and I am liking the relationship between them. I like the FRIENDSHIP between Elijah and Cami at least he is talking with someone god knows Haley is not there. Someone suggest that Cami and Elijah and Klaus in a love triangle don't want that either. Cami and Elijah as friends. But they would be a alternative ship for me but I will stick with Elijah and Haley. I thought maybe Elijah was going to bring up the visions about Haley. I wonder if the visions will continue.

    I like haley and everything but I have to agree, watching the last episode I cant believe that she is going thru the truth ceremony everyone will know Hope is alive STUPID. I dont like this whole wedding storyline and maybe because I am on a seperate ship but I just find them boring. Klaus is trying to protect his daughter along with Elijah

    It was announced that Dalia will appear before the end of this season. Elijah and Cami have an interesting dynamic, but it looks like the EPs are trying to steer this particular show away from being all about ships. The show involves 1,000-year-old vampires who have met a lot of people and been with many different women. Elijah just revealed that he was friends with Freud. A show like this is handled with care regarding ships because it's meant for an adult demographic and focuses on issues that adults really understand. Very young fans won't always get what they want. I think it takes a certain age and level of education to really understand the arranged marriage storyline.

    I understand a arrange marriage I am not that young ( I am not a teen). But this storyline is just stupid and it makes no sense. And that is why I enjoy The Originals more than the Vampire Diaries. I like couples and I like friendship. I have a degree in Criminal Justice and Forensics but still dont like this storyline along with others. Elijah has not been with that many woman but Klaus is a different stories. I guess I like romance and that is why I ship hard. BUt I am glad that Michael is directing this show. And I like the friendship between Cami and Elijah
