  1. Looks like Marcel is starting to consider taking a bite out of Kol.

  2. Last night was great and seems like they are just going to raise the game. Can't wait.

  3. Yeah, okay. I swear to god if they fuck with Kol more next episode I'm just gonna hibernate until Mac tells me that it's safe again. I'm all for him being thrown into the face of danger because that's what his character has always been about, right? Apparently not. A bunch of blood thirsty baby vamps make him run around like a headless chicken. Let's forget his thousand years worth of experience with both vampirism and magic. I get that they've highlighted several times that Sharman is a weak witch and isn't capable of shit unless he's got Davina in one hand and a dark object in the other, but the most typical of witches can throw fire at 1-month-old vampires.

What's odd to me is the writers keep saying that Kol prefers being a witch and act like he's perfectly OK being trapped in somebody else's body (yeah, because Kol was never vain, Kol never emphasised his love for his OV strength and immortality, but character development aside...) yet this is the result. If barricading himself inside a room... In Klaus' house... To save himself from a bunch of cray vampires and wolves... Doesn't make him think twice about his current position then I don't know what will. There's been a chain of events since the start of the season that's made it plainly obvious that he'll never survive as an ordinary witch. Yes, Klaus could just dagger him again if he came back as an OV but he just as quickly left him for dead in last nights episode.

I don't know if it's the writing or the way Sharman is playing him, but he loses all composure every single week and is portrayed as a total weak bitch. It's just tiring. I love Nate, but was so excited for a body swap storyline because it could've been very interesting to see how sneaky they could be with it. But it's not sneaky at all. Everybody knows that he's Kol and it destroys all the potential that the plot had. Please fix this!

  5. No he never said he liked being a vampire and I never said he did either, but he CLEARLY embraced it and enjoyed the strength and immortality.

  6. I'm wondering who is Klaus getting out "of that house" .? Becca or Marcel?

  9. I agree with you, Kol was such a badass and now he can't even do a spell without Davina. It's quite frustrating that characters who had no power at all now are hybrids or super-witches while the originals grow weaker and weaker. I hope it's just temporary though, and they find a way to make them more powerful maybe using those dark objects Kol used to own. About the bodies, I read just the contrary, Narducci says in this interview that Kol's body is not recoverable. I hope they create a loophole of some sort because there's only 3 real originals at this point and I don't want to believe that from now own we'll only see Nathaniel in flashbacks, it's too sad.

  10. You cannot make original vampires all too powerful all the time cuz that would make them seem unbelievable as characters. Nobody is that powerful all the time and if they are so powerful imagine how powerful a villain would have to be to keep up with them or even have the upper hand. The empowering has to stop at some point.
About Kol... i prefer this guy to Nathaniel but i know im in the nimority. Everyone seems to be enxhanted by him for no apparent reason but im not. Never liked his character but now with the body swap at least the actor doesnt bother me and i can look at him as a character. Im getting to know Kol once more. For me they can keep this guy for good as i dont miss Nathaniel at all.

  12. Mikaels Body was burned too and he came back to life. Elena and Damon even got blown up and they came back! Sure, the other side is gone now so it would be more complicated to bring Kol back in his old body. But if they really wanted to, they would figure it out

  13. What Kol said was that he went through a long dark period as a vampire because he missed being a witch, and he associated a lot with witches and used dark objects because those objects did the magic for him. Rebekah should be a powerful witch too, and she won't get out of that insane asylum for at least a couple of weeks, even with Freya reaching out to her. I think that both Kol and Rebekah, after 1,000 years of not being able to use magic, need to regain their footing as witches. Kol is still inclined to use dark objects and he's is in a different witch's body, probably with less power than he had in his own human body so long ago. He needs more time to get used to that without Esther or Klaus influencing him or ordering him around. As well as being a more powerful witch who can help him get his revenge, Davina is the type to encourage Kol to practice magic while thinking for himself, but I still believe that Davina is only a means to an end for him. She's not the first Claire witch he's taken advantage of. That's why Marcel doesn't want Kol around Davina.

Kol was always a trouble-maker, this has been addressed already on- and off-screen, so it makes sense that Klaus would throw him to the wolves (or should I say vamps?) after the stunt that Kol just pulled with Rebekah. Kol wants to get even with Klaus for all of the daggering and get away from the Mikaelson family for good. I don't know if that will change when the stories do. Klaus probably already suspects that Kol is manipulating Davina for reasons that would lead nowhere good.

Kol wasn't brought back in a different body as a way to be sneaky. Kol technically was never going to be brought back at all, but fans of Kol wouldn't leave it alone and Nate Buzolic had a different project in the works when the writers found an opportunity to bring Kol back. Right now NB only appears in flashbacks since his other project fell through. It's hard to say whether Kol will be made an Original vampire again. I don't see why any of the characters would want to do that when Kol doesn't want to be a vampire and everyone else would find it easier to just kill him or make him a baby vampire like Esther. Klaus stopped daggering his siblings last season, so he wouldn't make Kol an OV just to put him in a coffin either.

  14. Yes, they are very powerful but that's the reason why I like them so much and I don't want that to change. I agree with you, I think that the writers know that the stakes are too high and villains such as last season Marcel won't work anymore so they are making the originals more vulnerable and the enemies more powerful. But I think they should stop doing this and just find them worthy enemies like maybe their aunt Dahlia or their sister Freya and let them stick around for the whole season because with all the alliances and factions it's getting messy and you don't know who the enemy is anymore or who to root for.

I agree that Daniel Sharman is good but I prefer Nathaniel because he has a special charisma that makes me smile whenever he appears. Plus, he is the original vampire and we didn't get a chance to know him because he was killed right away.

  15. It's true! they were burned too, but as you say they are going to blame the other side for it. Since it doesn't exist anymore they are going to say that they can't recover the bodies anymore so now they have a pretty good excuse to not bring him back. In fact, I suspect they ever wanted Kol in TO they just introduced him because people were complaining about the few originals left in the show and since Rebekah also left and people loved Nathaniel they just gave in.

  16. It would be perfect, I miss them together too!
