The Weather Wizard's comic book roots date back to 1959, when he first appeared in The Flash No. 110. Like his name suggests, he has the power to manipulate the weather. On TV, The Flash (Grant Gustin) fought The Weather Wizard's brother Clyde Mardon (Chad Rook) in the series' pilot, and the villain (also known as Mark Mardon) is coming to Central City for revenge.

It appears as if Spartacus actor Liam McIntyre has joined the cast of The Flash. We met Clyde Mardon in the pilot, so McIntyre is presumably playing his brother Mark. PUNKD Images are reliable, so the actor has more than likely been cast as Weather Wizard if they're saying he was spotted on set in this villainous role. Photo here.

goodness gracious the creators sure love Spartacus don't they LOL
ReplyDeleteObviously false...Arrow gets Spartacus alums, Flash gets Prison Break. :p
ReplyDeleteI realize that till The CW finally states it as fact you cant confirm it, but I am also confirming what Punkd Images said. he IS Weather Wizard, and already had filmed some scenes prior to Christmas break for the role.
ReplyDeleteoh right LOL, actually forgot Miller his on-screen brother and Knepper heh
ReplyDeleteWow awesome news!
ReplyDeleteHannibal Bates is on Oliver's list which is surprising since he's a shapeshifter right?
ReplyDeleteHappy Dance.
ReplyDeleteYes, but they're allowed one steal each, so Arrow got Peter Stormare and Flash is getting Liam McIntyre. Robert Knepper doesn't count, since he showed up on Arrow before there even WAS The Flash, plus he made up for it by appearing on The Flash later.
ReplyDeleteIs he by chance family with Marquerite Mcintyre?
ReplyDeleteGlad to see him again. Just don't know how they will pull this off as the guy died but I have faith he'll kill this.
ReplyDeleteIsn't ep 16 the one with Cisco's brother and Snart'S sister?
Great news! The show has the best guest cast ever!
ReplyDeleteYeah! He really looks like Stephen Amell!
ReplyDeleteDid you know that when they were casting to replace Andy Whitfield on Spartacus it was down to Liam McIntyre or Stephen Amell. Liam won that time.
ReplyDeleteYep, i still believe Amell would had done a better job. Awesome show, Spartacus.
ReplyDeleteHe always was my choice for a grounded Everyman.
AAAAAAAHHHH MY SPARTACUUUUSSSS!!!! I LOVE Liam!!!!!! I don't watch Flash but I'll watch the episodes with Liam!!!!!! Yes, please :D <3
