    CW has been on fire lately ! I wish other networks would be as proactive as the CW in releasing trailers and keeping the fans updated.

    Yay! Kinda odd that Iris isn't in the promo considering it's like a minute long. I guess she's not in this episode very much.


    Super excited for the show to return! Too much excitement! And the promo pretty much confirms that The Flash becomes a known public figure.

    The Flash is such a contrast between Arrow, makes both shows so special in their own ways. I just don't know how a third show will be just because Arrow and Flash have such contrasting dynamics.

    With the couple thanking The Flash....that was such a cool moment to see. The Flash is becoming much more of a positive public figure in one year than The Arrow has ever been.

    To each their own, honestly though I wouldn't mind her if they took her into a different direction rather than her being a similar character to Lois Lane (Smallville) and Laurel Lance (season 1 Arrow). If they actually giver her a proper story then I think it would be better.

    People are acknowledging The Flash. So cool!!!! This promo is so different from Arrow. There it is all doom and gloom. Here it is all sunshine and happy. Love them both.

    Well she is a reporter in the comics, and that Lois Lane bit is dead (and again worked for me because she did it solely to help Barry). I've heard she'll get one. She's nothing like Lois or Laurel in personality.

    Not the personality but rather the "I want to find out who [insert superhero] is for some reason or another" storyline that both Laurel and Lois had.

    Laurel never really had that. But at least Iris' had good motivations (and were a good way to get her to start her path to journalism).

    That's not figuring out who he is. Not even Iris had that arc. They both interacted with him like Lois. But for all different reasons and in different ways. Lois for journalism and because she finds him hot. Laurel justice. Iris for Barry's sake. Even then why dislike Iris for that? Her role okay yeah sure. But that has nothing to do with her personality being bad (unlike Laurel most of the time, or Margot Kidder's Lois).

    Not really. Ollie never wanted his alter ego to be some kind of public figure. Because that actually works with the idea that Ollie down the road may reveal himself to be The Arrow/Green Arrow and that's how he'll be a public figure.
