Hi Everyone,

As some of you may know SpoilerTV had a record breaking year in 2014, and I thought why not start 2015 on a similar fashion. SpoilerTV over the many years has (surprisingly) never won any awards. Andy and his team of contributors (70+ Volunteers) work on this site every day to give you one of the best TV and Movie sites on the web need (or even deserve) some recognition, so I thought why not go for a shorty award!

The Shorty Awards honor the best of social media, recognizing the people and organizations producing real-time short form content across Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, YouTube, Instagram, Vine, and the rest of the social Web. More than 2 million tweet-nominations were sent during the 6th Annual Shorty Awards nomination process.

So we are asking you all just to take 30 seconds of your time and to tweet why you think SpoilerTV should win an award for Best Fan site. It's really simple and easy to do. Ask your friends to tweet and help. We have a great community of TV fans, (including Castle, Supernatural, Once etc) so please help promote our site through fellow show fans to help us!

CJ aka “CJ Sonic” is a senior staff member at SpoilerTV, co-hosts and edits the SpoilerTV Podcast, co-hosts SpoilerTV's web show "Spoiled" and loads of other things for the site. He has recently started going to cons and making videos for his site Two Geeky Guys, which involves interviews, parodies and cosplay music videos. So please check it out.

    The reason I voted is because this site has the most interesting articles any TV site has. This is not a only a ratings site, it is a site for people who love tv and lile to discuss shows. The Reviews are written with honesty and joy, the articles are fantasticly written, everything is on time and the most important: the creator of this site (DarkUFO) has done an incredibly good Job and is always there to help. Also, the members of this site always join the comments and share their opinion and help us, great :)

    Of course I will vote for the site. This is one of the best TV sites out there. The articles are intresting, reviews are written in a way that it doesn't criticize the show. People here are friendly and always seem to have discussions without pointing a finger at anyone unlike TVBTN. I love that we could support our low rated without being criticized for it. In addition ratings are always posted like 45 minutes before spoiler tv. The admins here are more considerate with posters which is what I love.

    I will definitely vote. But win or loose Spoiler TV is the best TV site on internet. The fans here are the best. We all love all kind of television. The articles here provoke good conversation and the site is on top of all the spoilers. I have made several friends here and people are generally nice and accepting which is becoming rare in today's internet.

    Ever since I discovered the site a few years back I have consistently visited it daily. SpoilerTV always stays up to date with everything that could possibly be related to TV. What makes the site even greater is the community, everyone is so friendly and open minded. You can have a good conversation about a show you watch without being bombarded with hate replies. The great thing is that everyone can have an opinion, and everyone respects eachothers.


    I was so grateful to be able to join the team of this great site, everyone who comments on my articles are always so friendly, and accepting of my opinion, even if they might disagree. You wont find a better community on the internet than this one. SpoilerTV has the best readers and best team. It is a True community.

    I'm voting because this site is so well organized. It has the best and most respectful group I've seen on any site. Owners and volunteers. STV has the best posters, all of the up to date news on both movies and TV, and it's my first stop in the morning, last at night. You always have thoughtful/fun/sad reviews of our favorite shows. You can tell the people who work so hard to bring us those reviews are truly fans of TV and enjoy what they do.Thank all of you for your hard work.

    A little late to the party but did it anyway.This is my go to website for all things television.Every aspect of TV is covered here-promos,sneak peeks,review,preview,casting info,pilot info,accurate ratings database(STV plus rocks BTW),promotional pics,podcasts & most importantly a very warm & friendly environment in the comments section.Moderation is excellent & negativity is kept at a bare minimum.Even when i'm busy,i still figure out time from my work schedule to check this website hourly.That's how useful this site is for me.Great work guys & we hope to sharing many more successful years together!You guys rock!

    i know exactly what you mean..i actually avoid most 'community' sites because any innocent comment can turn into a verbal war and it gets disheartening, but i can't count the times i've mentioned something wrong, having missed an episode or something and instead of 'omg your so dumb' i get a response of 'hey i think u missed the episode where this happened so here's a rundown of what you missed.' it's not a cliche to say it's a nice community here, Geo, it's simply the truth:)

    i can't say i'll tweet or anything because i don't do any social media, but rest assured my wonderful SpoilerTV staff that i will harass my friends into doing it for me:)

Spoiler TV is the first TV fansite I got to and my favourite one! it's well organized, with the updates on site i just love it more and more:) like reading rating news, reviews, and the "what did you think" "best scene" polls after every episode airs.     Not being able to support SpoilerTV is easily the only reason that might make me reconsider not signing up on twitter (however not enough of good reason, sorry)...
