Thanks for tuning in to the twenty-first edition of our weekly article, Raina Reveals, which covers exclusive spoilers and teasers brought to you by The SpoilerTV Team! This week we will be answering questions received via Ask Raina. As usual, if you are desperate for details on a particular show be sure to send your question in via the form at the end of the article.
Sil: Please give us some Faking It spoilers!
When Faking It returns there will be more new characters set to come between Amy, Karma and Liam. Liam's new love interest, Zita (Chloe Bridges), pushes Liam to move on from Karma whether he's ready or not. Karma realises she may not know herself as well as she thought, especially when it comes to her feelings and Lauren finds out her personal revelation will affect her life in more ways than she expected.
Alex: I'm looking forward to Fresh off the Boat, any teasers you can share?
Fresh off the Boat is one of the stand-out shows of the mid-season. Set in 1995, the series follows a Taiwanese family who move from DC to Orlando after the father purchases a restaurant. The oldest son, Eddie, has a difficult time adjusting to their new home especially being accepted by his school mates. One of the highlights of the show is the mother, Jessica, played by Constance Wu. Jessica's struggle to fit in with the local ladies is both hilarious and endearing.
Terry: What's coming up for Jane in Jane the Virgin?
The next episode will see Jane torn between pursuing a career in teaching or chasing her dream of being a writer. With opportunities arising at every turn Jane is still unsure which choice is right for her. When Rafael confronts Jane with his worries that she is taking on too much, an unexpected nudge reassures Jane that she is on the right path. Bonus: An upcoming episode looks set to reveal the gender of Jane and Rafael's baby in an unexpected way.
Sugar: Any more scoop about Kevin and Patrick in Looking?
Episode 2.03 sees Kevin and Patrick try to get to know one another outside of the office, which eventually leads to Kevin getting to know Patrick's friends better. Kevin also receives a call which Patrick unfortunately overhears.
Sarah: The Nashville mid-season finale killed me! Can you tell us what happens when the show returns?
The next episode of Nashville picks up right where it left off in the mid-season finale. Rayna has just left Luke on the morning of their wedding and we see her struggle to explain her decision to her family and friends. Luke takes the news as well as could be expected, which is to say not well at all - going from one extreme to another to try and cope. We witness the aftermath of Layla's overdose and see how it has affected Will. Our newlyweds, Avery and Juliette, have a few moments of much earned bliss before things hit the fan and we see Deacon become aware of the impact his health issues will have on his life and those around him.
Eli: Looking forward to Ray Donovan Season 3. Is there anything you can tell us about it?
While the series isn't scheduled to return until around July 2015 we hear there will be some serious tension between the characters in the season opener. It seems Ray is no longer living with the family, having moved out. This has put a strain on the relationship between Bridget and Abby, with Abby blaming her mother for Ray leaving. For more news be sure to track our Ray Donovan tag.
